  • Great for me!
Style: Classic
I'm not into fitness, just wanted something small that I could hop on a few times a day at just 10-15 min. Haven't used the digital monitor. My wife and I both enjoy using the machine. We did have to replace a nut earlier this month but I'm not too upset about that. It's held up well over the last 11 months with 2 people using it nearly daily. If you're an avid fitness person seeking to "go hard" at your work out, this may not be the elliptical you're looking for. I will say at full speed it does get a bit unstable. A mat or carpeting helps a little. ... show more

  • Great elliptical
Style: Classic
This is a great piece of equipment and came well packed. It was fairly easy to assemble, but had a couple tricky parts. I would recommend watching the video by sunny health on YouTube for the tension cable assembly, or maybe just watch the video for the entire assembly. I had a noise when when I put my elliptical in level 7 or 8, and followed the user manual to fix it, which was fairly easy and now there is no noise at all. I find it stable and you can get a good work out on it. I recommend it, but only if you are okay with a small stride. I am 5'6 and find it comfortable to use. ... show more

  • For the money, it's okay, especially for the average home user.
Style: Smart
Though the printed instructions were on par with Ikea, there are very helpful Youtube tutorials to demonstrate assembly. Overall, it took me about two hours, and would have been less time if the tension rod had been easier. I'm a very tiny person and don't pull a strong bow, so I did struggle quite a bit with pulling the tension rod in the neck of the machine. I also had to use pliers to open the place for the base of the tension rod to go (and then closed it back) because for the life of me I couldn't get it in there. But if you've ever assembled a multi-speed bike, it seems similar. The machine itself is okay. Not terrible, not top of the line great, but okay. It's sturdy and well-made, but you will need something under the front and back feet to keep it from skidding all over a hard surface. A yoga mat will do, but this is something that people should know first simply because trying the machine out with nothing underneath meant that the machine and I both traveled around my dining room as I gave it a 15 minute test run. The glide is perhaps not as smooth as higher end machines, and is the sort of nondescript machine that you'd find in the apartment complex gym. The big disappointment is the little computerized meter. I cannot get it to register with the heart rate monitor in the grips, and it doesn't record time, distance, or calories. It turns on and is supposed to do those things - that's why this machine is an upgrade that costs so much more. But it's an upgrade that I cannot use at all. I thought the monitor would be more like a tablet connected to the machine, but it's just a very thin, cheap plastic with the wires plugged in, which apparently is entirely decorative. It doesn't render the machine useless, just more difficult to track calories burned or distance run. Overall, it's not bad. It's a decent machine for what you pay for, and on sale it's a good bargain. ... show more

  • It's ok but does have draw backs
Style: Classic
I bought this because I could not use my exercise bike due to my bad back flaring up. So, I purchased this elliptical machine because it seemed to work well for my limited space. I have a small house and a small amount of space which I prefer. First off the direction were not clear but I was able to find a video off line so I could put it together. Then I hoped on the exercise equipment the next day for a workout and it has a short stride. Anyone who is above 5'3" will not be comfortable on this exercise equipment at all. I have to kind of skip when working out to keep moving without jerking. My husband tried it and hoped off quickly. He is 6' feet tall. It said it was made for short people. Then about my third time working out one of the bolts came off but I asked my husband to put it back on and it hasn't come off since. I like the fact it's compact and small and it works mostly for my height. I would also say that you cannot go all out on this exercise equipment or it does become unbalanced and will tip over. My child discovered that out for me. Glad no one got hurt. Also I had to really play with the balancing multiple times before getting it level but it's level now. I enjoy it but I do caution people that are taller than 5'3" buying this. ... show more

  • The good the bad the weird
Style: Classic
The good: All the features work so far. There were some reviews I saw where ppl stated the resistance did not work at all. Mine works just fine and intensifies the work out. I also can fit my phone on it to watch videos. I was skeptical about getting the machine since there are mixed reviews BUT when the price dropped to $100 I couldn't resist!! The bad: As most reviews have stated over time there is a squeaking noise. Mine started just about 3 weeks after purchase. Also, the range of motion is limited so just not as much range of motion like a Planet Fit elliptical would have. These things are not issues for me but can be for some. The weird: I can only pedal comfortably backwards. Each time I try pedaling forward the fluidity is off and it takes a toll on my knees. Again this is not a deal breaker for me and I still enjoy a great workout on the machine...maybe it was the way I assembled it. But just in case others have this experience putting it out there. ... show more

  • Easy to use while giving you a good workout
Style: Classic
Was shipped and delivered timely. There are parts that do require an extra set of hands while assembling. Once you get used to the machine, you'll be working up a sweat. Easy to use. Got this for myself and my retired Father to use. He's able to get on and off the machine without issue.

  • Great Workout

Love this machine. Easy to put together. For the price, it is a great value. I am able to come home late, get a 30-minute workout in, and not disturb anyone in the house.

  • Spectacular!
Style: Classic
I was hesitant to order this thinking it would be a cheaply made, crappy, cheap elliptical because of how inexpensive it was. I have been very surprised. It was easy to put together - if you can read and follow directions, it is not hard. It is quiet and works well. I am only 5'2" so the stride is perfect for me. I could see where someone taller wouldn't like it. It is decently built and i am very happy i purchased it. ... show more
