When I first started using this automatic litter box, I thought the cleaning cycle was a bit long. It takes about 4 minutes each time. But recently I realized this is actually necessary. During the cleaning process, the rake moves back and forth, which minimizes the waste of the clean litter as much as possible. The forward motion is for scooping up large clumps, while the backward motion prevents the rake head from getting sticky and scrapes off any small clumps that might be stuck to it. This mechanism makes sense and the machine functions very well. I totally understand and accept it now. Overall, it has made both my cat and my own life easy. The parts are simple for cleaning and maintenance. Worth the investment.

It’s my first time seeing this design, and while it may seem like a tiny detail, it’s incredibly useful for me. I pay close attention to my cat Daisy’s daily bathroom habits—I not only check her potty time and frequency on the app, but also keep an eye on whether her stool is healthy. Thanks to this transparent lid, I can clearly see the condition of her waste and urine clumps without even lifting the cover. It’s so convenient and hassle-free! Absolutely love this automatic litter box! I’ve tried a few different ones before, but this Robotail model really exceeded my expectations. The surface is perfectly flat and spacious — even large cats can use it comfortably. The height is low, so my cat, who just got neutered and is wearing a cone, can still get in and out easily without any trouble. It doesn’t scatter extra litter around the floor, and the self-cleaning system handles clumps really well. Most importantly, the odor control is amazing — there’s almost no smell at all, even after several uses. It’s sleek, quiet, and super practical.
