These pinpointers are fantastic! They are highly accurate, reaching up to 4 inches underground. Compared to other models in the $20-$50 range, these are in a league of their own. They are waterproof and built to last. The vibration function is strong, while the sound alert is decent but could be a bit louder. We both love the LCD screen and indicator; it clearly shows where to dig. My wife and I have put these through a lot of use and abuse, and they've held up incredibly well, even after two months of use, five days a week, for five to seven hours a day, in both wet and dry conditions. I'm buying another pair to keep as spares, but I don't see needing them for a while!

This thing works pretty well. I used in in conjunction with my big metal detector to find things at the beach. My only issue is it can easily be accidentally turned on in the sheath.

I love that it came with a battery! I watched a video on YouTube to learn how to use it. It's very easy to use. I just needed it to find one corner pin on my property and it saved me the expense of having a surveyor out. I think it's worth the money, especially for low usage projects.
