With these kinds of hearing aids in my opinion, they are more like amplifiers. It is definitely not to replace hearing aids if you happen to suffer from bad hearing loss due to otosclerosis. If you are just mild to semi moderate hearing loss this could work for you but I would still with consult with a doctor even if you are using this. That being said, this does a good job with amplifying the noise around you to give you a better hearing experience. I will say about these is that the device cannot be connected to any other device. It is not a bluetooth headset so you cannot say connect this to your phone to use in that way. All the controls are done on the hearing aid itself. The nice thing with these is that the controls are actually on the hearing amplifiers. They can be a bit hard to switch while it is in your ear as the switches are very hard to touch. Regardless it is a nice feature. I can control the volume pretty easily. With these you need to make simple adjustment to find the right volume level that is the most comfortable. I would say due this in a controlled environment at first to get you more comfortable to the changes. It does take time to find what is most comfortable for you. The headphones are able to stay in your ear okay. I was able to swing my head around and the hearing aids stayed in my ear for the most part. It comes with several different ear pieces so you can find the piece that works for you. It is like any headphone and pretty easy to install. To power the device on and off it is a physical switch on the earphones themselves. Also note that the device was pretty much battery dead when I got it so I would recommend charging it when you get it. Also controlling volume is pretty simple as well. It just uses a wheel in order to increase or decrease amplification. I found the easiest way to find comfort level is start low and increase the level (there are only 4). It helps with not causing high discomfort right off the bat. It comes with a case that is nice but the material is known for yellowing if left in the sun so be careful there. Also be aware that the case opens on the same side as the usb port. Do not make the same mistake I did where I tried to open it on the other wise. It charged via type c USB and the cable is decent length but you can adjust accordingly. It also comes with a USB port on it where you can charge your phone with the battery case although it has a very small battery so I am not sure how much power you can actually get from this. The headphones last for quite some time before needing to be recharged. The charging prongs inside make connecting easy. There is four led lights in the front to show charge level. The case open and magnetically closed securely. The sound is pretty good. It is clear but sometimes it does have a bit of feedback on them (robotic) which can be annoying. Also it also sometimes amplifies the sound from me speaking as well which can be a bit hard to adjust to. Regardless I am able to hear more clearly without much issue. I can adjust the volume accordingly. I understand why they did not want to make this bluetooth but I do feel like it would have been beneficial to do so to give better control rather than having to press on the headsets themselves. The headset last for quite sometime. I found it last at least through the day for me and I charge it at night. The color I think was suppose to help blend the hearing device if you have a lighter skin tone. Overall this hearing aid is really nice. I am impressed with how the sound is amplified. It is clear, loud, and effective. You can adjust the sound accordingly via the volume wheel but there is no mode (movie mode or such) so you do need to make adjustments accordingly to your situation. The case is nice but I do not like the material too much. It easily gets dirty and yellow (if left in the sun) but at least it protects the hearing aid. The media could not be loaded. These really work well for my husband. Not only is he happy with the results but so am I. We normally have to blast our television in order for him to hear it and it nearly blows me away. Since using these we have been able to turn the tv down by at least half the volume we are used to. They are very small and discreet. I can’t even tell that he is wearing them, except now he responds to me when I talk! He says they fit very comfortably. I am very impressed that he can wear them all day without charging them. If ever he does need to charge them quickly there is a handy carrying case for protection but for charging as well. This hearing aid Saturday must have I purchased it be cause? My friend's grandpa wasn't able to hear well and he would always shout or just to say. Ripeat that a million times until you're ready to go insane. It's very easy to charge and it's very easy to put in if you're able to wear ear buds listen with ear pipes on your phone. It's the same experience it works the same way. This allows them to be over to control how what high or how low they want to hear so they can keep it at the right level for them that makes.
