I bought this lock after my car was stolen. It is very easy to put on and off. Not sure if a large cutter couldn't cut through it, but what car thief carries a cutter with them. The only thing I dislike is, that when it gets cold overnight the metal gets very stiff and it is hard to remove from the steering wheel. Still a good deterrent. ... show more
