They adjust these to your hearing After you have taken the hearing test online. and you do not need to go into an office they do it right online for you. I have tried probably about seven different over-the-counter hearing aids. I could hear people talking, but I couldn’t always make out what they were saying ,the over-the-counter hearing aids that I’ve tried made it louder, but I still couldn’t understand what they were saying. but once I purchased the Jabra 700 took the hearing test and they adjusted them to my hearing now I can hear all the words that people are speaking loud and clear. it was a shock I actually found hearing aids that worked.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this purchase. I have hearing loss in both ears. I’ve had extremely expensive hearing aids leaning towards $6000 for both ears. These actually give them a run for their money. I’m a young guy, I love music, so let’s just say I’m a little picky. I don’t want to just hear voices clearly I want to experience everything else too. The app is great too easy to make adjustments. You can also just ask for a change in the programming without needing to talk to anyone. Explain the issue and boom done within a couple days. I haven’t done the tele-visit yet so I can’t give you much information there. These work great out of the box so honestly I might not even do it. I love that it comes with a warranty and audiologist for 3 years. Bluetooth streaming they fall flat. Music doesn’t sound good while streaming from the phone. Calls as well. But for hearing everything around you they’re perfect. So, I’ll put my phone on speaker and listen to music organically instead of streaming. They’re super comfortable too just like most OTE aids I’ve found. You forget you’re wearing them lol. Oh and last thing if you’ve ever gotten hearing aids through a doctor/audiologist you know certain parts like the wires are hard to find. You can order all replacement parts right on the app. For the price they can’t be beat. I love them!!

Excellent product. After research I found they are same as Costco Jabra. Same company that also makes Beltone. Online hearing test was easy to do. Price was down $300 for prime days black Friday so same price as Costco at $1695. I tried Beltone but quality of sound the same. Beltone 4-5k but they're charging you for coming in and being evaluated and helping you in person. I prefer the convenience of online. I got the original referral from grok on x as it compared everybody for me and then I went in person to Costco and beltone.

It seems that I received previously returned hearing aids which had already been registered, and as a result, I can not register them. Consequently, I can't use the app on my phone, I can not get product support, nor can I register for a warranty. Jabra suggested returning the hearing aids. Unfortunately, I live in an extremely remote location and that isn't an option. The hearing aids themselves are OK, but I do not appreciate dishonesty. When I pay for a new product, I expect a new product. My recommendation, BUY DIRECTLY FROM JABRA.

This is my first time with hearing aids and thought I'd give them a try. This brand has always made quality phone accessories so it seemed natural to try their hearing aids. The case which charges them is a great size and very well made. Fits in my pocket well and isn't too large to be uncomfortable. The hearing aids themselves are very small and once on I did not feel them in or on my ears. The mic on these seems to aim down and behind me so I feel like I hear myself talking and noise behind me better than what is in front of me. Again this is my first time with a hearing aid so I need more time playing with them. My first impression is that the battery life is excellent lasting all day for me no problem and they are very small so comfort and anxiety of people noticing them is minimal. Overall I'm very happy with them so far, but there is definitely an adjustment to getting used to them. The high tones are a little more treble crispy for me and the deeper bass tones can be a little flat. There is no question about how well these are made,but I gave 4 stars because the audio was not what I expected at this price point. My hearing is still pretty good but I got these to help in loud environments where I need to focus on the person in front of me who is talking. Maybe if I was more hearing challenged this would work better but I still need to play with these more. I almost have to have someone stand at my side to get the best quality out of the audio being amplified. Definitely less than custom fit aids but pricy enough that I couldn't give 5 stars based on the experience. Still very good and might be 5 stars after more time using them.

I am a 75 years old and a Wounded Combat Veteran CWO3 USMCR and have have been utilizing hearing aids for over 10 years. The VA has been my only source for hearing aids. After that goings on. A county Sheriff recommended the jabar hearing aids. My hearing damage happened in August 12 1969, when I was wounded twice. Enough about me. It is now four hours in my new jabra enhanced hearing aids. I have not been able to have my meeting with the advanced meeting yet. But I can now discern between voices and sounds that I couldn't do before. After multiple visits with the VA, they decided to let me see an out in town audiogist. It took him two hours to rig up my ears to be tested for hearing problems. The phonak hearing aids are very delicate and break very easily and come apart and just stop working. I can go up to months without any hearing aids at all. I still had to lip read even with the phonaks. BUT WITH THESE JABRA HEARING AIDS I DON'T HAVE TO LIP READ. GOD IS GREAT. FOR AN OLD MAN WHO HAD TO LIP READ SINCE I WAS 19 AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK WHAT IS SAID. PHILLIP MICHAEL CHERRY WOUNDED COMBAT VIETNAM VETERAN CWO3 USMCR
