Not Recommended for a Tub Shower
Color: Spot Resist Brushed Nickel
I purchased this because I wanted a reliable tub shower head and wand combination that is adjustable. This seemed to answer that requirement. it is attractive, the head moves up and down the track with ease and it is well made. It is super easy to install. They provide plenty of parts for almost any installation situation and the tools you need. That all said it is not for a tub shower situation. The head does not come far enough into the area of the tub for a person to stand under, also, while the wand has a switch on and off, when you're using the wand the head stays on reducing water pressure to the wand. It really is a poor design. You also can't adjust the head, tilting it up or down. It only slides up and down on the trac. I imagine if you have a shower stall this would be perfect, but do not purchase this for a tub shower. Perhaps I should've known, but I didn't see anywhere in the description that this was ONLY for a shower stall, which I consider misleading. I have buyers remorse, but if I can help anyone from purchasing this for the wrong application, be advised.

Less than 30 days installed and in use
Color: Matte Black
The media could not be loaded. The shower looks great. The mister works fine on the shower head, but the wand is becoming problematic. I’m not sure if this is an internal issue or spring loaded issue but for whatever reason we’ve had this up for less than 30 days and it is now leaking. I don’t know if we can get it replaced through Amazon but I definitely need some help fixing/replacing the wand. I would say be cautious if you want to be able to set it and forget it. It looks like it takes some finessing of some kind for someone that is more than average DIYer to replace the wand once connected to the hose.

Super Shower
Color: Spot Resist Brushed Nickel
Normally, I could have installed this shower on my own. The instructions are great as is the available YouTube video. Unfortunately, the last plumber over tightened the old shower nozzle, and I had to call in another plumber to remove it. Oh well. The shower itself is outstanding. The atomized spray is marvelous--it gets the job done. The hand nozzle rotates 360 degrees, unlike other models, so you never have to untwist the hand unit to unkink the cable. The fact that it significantly reduces water consumption is an added benefit. Can't recommend this unit enough.

Excellent So Far
Color: Matte Black
Super easy installation given how complicated this is compared to a regular showerhead. We'll see how long that double sided tape holds up. (It's only been a couple weeks so far). The thing is plastic and feels a little cheap. It's a bit hard to imagine that it's going to last a good long time - which one would expect given the high price. The shower experience is excellent. It really does surround you in a way a regular shower head can't. I planned to eventually install a steam shower, but was resistant to the high cost and labor involved. With this shower head, I think I no longer need a steam shower. I was concerned that the low water usage would mean it wasn't adequate to, say, rinse all the soap off your body or the shampoo out of your hair. But it does just fine. FYI, we have pretty high water pressure and rather hot water. I think both these factors are helpful for getting the most out of this shower head.

Hard to go back
Color: Spot Resist Brushed Nickel
You know, at first, I wasn't too thrilled to use this. The spray felt too light, I didn't feel like I was getting a good rinse. But I stuck out with it because it was an investment in innovation and design. Finally, one day, I went back to using a traditional showerhead in a hotel and felt the difference. I missed the all-enveloping soft spray this shower head has. I felt colder with traditional shower heads and felt like a huge downgrade using one. I've purchased 3 of these shower heads. One of which is in my apartment that I rent, and it goes with me to wherever new place I go (RENTER FRIENDLY). It's so easy to install. I'll enjoy using this showerhead until I can't any longer.

Can’t adjust the water stream. My wife can’t use this shower when she doesn’t wash her hair. Not worth the money.

Any Mist droplet option is cold. Moen please provide option to switch shower heads
Color: Spot Resist Brushed Nickel
We read the reviews after this purchase. Decided to stick with it because it was the only Moen that had an adjustable height. It is a sleek design and all aspects of the shower are great. The main drawback we think Moen needs to fix for its customers - due to the price we paid - is to provide a non-mist shower head option. We also have a mist option on another shower hose and the droplets come out too cold in winter months. We ask that Moen please provide the option to switch shower heads for different seasons and then it would get a 5 out of 5. All other options are great.
