While my wife is quite satisfied with the initial receipt and first "SPIN" around the block with her new "TOOL", There is one slight failing that exists: THERE IS NO PERSON -TO-PERSON (by phone or email) listing mentioned for occasional attempts at becoming more "user friendly" with this very fine device. A simple phone number five or six days a week would show a concern with " after the sale" contact customer appreciation. Help is often needed for the senior elderly customer. Right? Seriously. This is a fine product! The ear domes are plentiful and varied as necessary. The fine sound is instantaneous and controllable. Also worth mentioning: There was a card enclosed which was written carefully and thoughtfully and is a nice guide for the non-deaf person to be more attentive and helpful with a hearing disabled person ... show more
