I really like this cover. It fits perfectly, has a draw string at the bottom to secure it, and a nice velcro side opening. Also, while the fabric isn't terribly thick, it's thicker and more attractive than my previous cover, and that one lasted three seasons. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Just received it a few days ago for our new 23.5 x 23.5 x 28.5 inch outside AC condenser. It fits perfectly! It seems that it is made of a thick material, which should be durable to last at least one winter in Central Michigan. Let's wait and see.
