Why did you pick this product vs others?: "A few years ago my mother had her hearing tested and it turns out she had 40% hearing loss in both ears (no surprise to me given how loud she always had the TV and how often I had to repeat myself!). She spent a few thousand on hearing aids only to discover she didn’t like wearing them. They were the small over-the-ear kind and she found them very uncomfortable to wear with glasses, had trouble putting them on, and always had to buy new batteries for the odd times that she did actually wear them which was not very often much to my dismay! She had seen an ad on TV for these hearing aids and wants to try them. I couldn’t get them in Canada but found them on the US Amazon site and they shipped to Canada and happened to be on sale! She loved them from day one! • They are the perfect size and a comfortable fit even when wearing them for a long time. It took her no time at all to adjust to these. • She says the sound quality is great and she can easily adjust the settings as needed for different environments. • She loves the fact that they have a long battery life, are rechargeable and come with a carrying case which acts as a battery pack to recharge them. • She has no problems putting them in or taking them out despite having limited mobility of one arm. She has had them for about a month now and is very happy she bought them…- and I’m happy not having to repeat everything I say to her anymore! Time will tell how long they will last, but so far these seem to be a great product that give you value for your money, especially if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars to improve your hearing!"

"I think these hearing aids are a great option if you have mild or maybe moderate hearing loss. They are small, inconspicuous, and do amplify normal sounds enough to make conversations and TV viewing more pleasant. Really like the charging case, which makes the hearing aids easy to use. They recharge quickly, the magnetic feature of holding the batteries in, and the UV cleaning function make using these hearing aids very convenient. I found the hearing aids to last a good couple of weeks on a full charge, less if using them a lot. Adjusting the volume and program is easy just by tapping a small button, and the included supplies are great for when the filters get gunked up and need to be replaced. Did not need a lot of tech support because usage was fairly straightforward, but the rep I did talk with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. So I would say for mild to moderate hearing loss, the comfort, sound quality and ease of use of the 915 hearing aids have significantly improved my overall quality of life. Especially given the low sub-$300 price. If you have special needs for severe hearing loss, or want each earpiece set to different levels, or want a phone app to change settings, you'll need to spend more and get more advanced hearing aids. But for me, these do the trick right now without having to spend a lot of money on features I probably don't need. Highly recommend giving these a try for mild to medium hearing loss, and where hearing in one ear is not signficantly different from the other."
