My grandma got her hearing aids a few days ago and she is loving them so far. She said the sound quality was pretty good and she doesn't have to spend a arm and a leg to get her lost one's, repaired. The damn doctors or hearing specialist or whatever the hell you want to call them was gonna charge her around $200 to $300 to get them repaired and they only lasted her a year. She'd rather buy these every year if they break then buy the ones from whatever 'professional' tries to give her.

Sadly, these hearing aids didn't last over a month. The left hearing aid stopped charging, and ended up dying. We couldn't get it to charge in the case no matter what. While they were comfortable as far as hearing aids go, the longevity just isn't there. The sensitivity is also really touchy with these - my dad complained that they were slightly ringing no matter how he placed them, and I couldn't find any instructions on how to minimize or change that in the settings. These felt like plug-and-play, which made it so that we couldn't tweak any settings and lower sensitivity, which ended up causing discomfort. That alone would've eventually been a deal-breaker, but when one stopped working, he threw them in the trash.

got these hearing aids for my dad and he is really happy with them. the noise cancellation work well, he can hear conversations clearly without background noise getting in the way. the 25+ hour battery life is excellent, he charge it maybe every few days. the rechargeable case is compact and easy to use. the 5 level volume make it easy to adjust. the comfort fit is good, he can wear for hours without discomfort. the LED display on the case is a nice touch. really good OTC option

my daughter bought me a pair of these and within a few days the left aid quit. I do think i was out in a very light rain and maybe a drop of rain hit it. but it wouldn't turn on after. any way they did replace it. but a few more days the second left one quit again for unknown reason. the company said it would not replace a second failure. so i did buy a second pair and that pair had a left aid fail also.. They again replaced it. but within a few wk the second left aid failed and again was not able to replace it a second time. i didn't even try when i saw amazon stated the product was not available and they didn't know if it would retuen.. no wonder. Definately do not reccomend buying if it does return. Also other customers reprted difficulty getting the chager to connect. i also had that problem.

I recently purchased a hearing aid that fit inside my ear. It confused to whistle even after trying different ear molds. I purchased these as they are similar to a pair I spent $1k for several years back. I am very impressed with the sound and ease of use. Yes, a little piece fits inside the ear and the controls fit over the ear but so worth a try. I’m considering purchasing a backup pair to have on hand. Definitely will buy again.

Wow! Great Customer Service! Had some problems with right hearing aid. Wrote to customer service and explained....was given some suggestions which we tried with no success. Related this to them and they immediately said they would replace with a new set and the next evening we had a new set. Tried the new right hearing aid and it worked. Very easy to work with. . . . hearing aids are fantastic! Thank You!
