One of the hearing aids stopped working before the return or refund date. So I was able to return the aids. It looks as though Amazon was the one to issue the refund not the seller. Not sure on that. I have severe hearing loss so need to turn them up. Information said they would not give feedback screech. I where large brim hats to protect the hearing aids from rain. I had to turn them way down to stop the feedback when wearing a hat. I have worn hearing aids since 1992 and would not give these the rating they claim. They might work for mild hearing loss and with careful use. I have expensive aids that I use for special occasions and wanted an inexpensive pair for everyday use that would not break the bank if something happened to them. I have used other inexpensive aids that are just a little more in price. I will go back to them. They have been almost bullet proof lasting three to four years not weeks. I am an outdoor labor intensive type of individual and need something I don't have to baby.

I’d give it a 8.5 out of 10. The product works well and is sensitive, so hair causes a screeching sound. Overall, it's a good value and helpful, especially when the right person might not hear otherwise.

Hearing aids NVBOTY , they pick up background noise too much. I struggle to hear the person that I’m trying hear. NVBOTY is not hearing Aids they are just amplified of everything. I only use NVBOTY when there’s no background noise!!!

1 am a 87 year old male. i have worn out nearly a dozen prior hearing aids. when i saw these H aids at near one third org. price, i thought i'd take the chance. wrong choice. great concept. it just did not work for me. PLUS. when i got them working, very good clarity and very comfortable. CONS; charging pod required stuffing something around the earpiece to keep it making charge contact. charge pod registers 100% but I just get an hour or so out of earpiece instead of 20 +hrs. one of my H aids requires several button mashes ( number varies ) to engage sound. wish they had worked. will be returning for a better pair.

Wow! Great Customer Service! Had some problems with right hearing aid. Wrote to customer service and explained....was given some suggestions which we tried with no success. Related this to them and they immediately said they would replace with a new set and the next evening we had a new set. Tried the new right hearing aid and it worked. Very easy to work with. . . . hearing aids are fantastic! Thank You!
