    • Get the vaseline
These do work, but you need to vaseline the twisty part on the top...the paint dries and good luck opening. I sat one night with a pair of scissors that have a good gripper on them, got these opened finally, wiped them off and put Vicks on. Didn't have vaseline....but same principle.

Update: I didn't realize you had to expose them to light in order to get them to glow so I'll try that on my next project. In the meantime, the seller issued a full refund even though I'm past my 30 days due to my bad review. That was nice of them. I NEVER write reviews but I'm mad at myself for waiting until after the return date to test these out. Only one color actually glows in the dark. What a rip off! ... show more

It takes several coats, but it does look pretty cool under blacklight once you get a few layers on.
