The 1st time I used this I rolled it over To get the waist into the little drawer Did not know you had to roll it almost upside down. Butt When I did roll it Cat litter came out from several sides and the drawer Even though it was latched. So I taped every area So it would be tightly latched with tape And when I rolled it over again Litter still came out mostly where the drawer was even When I held the door ,, not recommend it. Above was my first review. Now that I have used it For a while, I have found out how to use with out dumping the litter out.     • Don't waste your money.
We bought this a few days before Thanksgiving when our automatic box died. Seemed like a decent sub until we could get a new auto one. BIG mistake! We have 2 cats, and if you don't scoop it MINIMUM twice a day, it is a nightmare to clean. I have to "roll" the box several times to get all the soiled litter, and at times loosen the cemented litter off the bottom. I have even had to take the box apart to get wet litter out from under the sifting screen. The plastic screen is flimsy and poorly designed. I knew I was going to be a little "spoiled" after having the self cleaning box (which comes with its own issues) but this substitute omega box is just a POS!! Thankfully, I have a new self-cleaning box coming next week. Don't waste your money on the Omega. ... show more

    • Bad flap design
I just received and assembled the unit. The refill shoot will not stay up. Design needs to be changed so that the tiny clips on the flap will snap in place better.

    • Don't use roll feature
I like everything about this box with the exception of rolling it over to remove debris in leu of scooping. I discovered that although that feature seemed to be a good solution at first, when rolling it over for the receptacle to remove the feces the entire inside of the lid is being coated with any urine that may be in the box also. Therefore I believe that would be a deterrent for your cats to want to reenter even though poop has been removed. I just omitted that feature and returned to scooping.I still like the box without using that feature and my cats do also. ... show more

    • I was skeptical at first but - WOW!
I was skeptical at first. Dealing with the litter box has always been a fight in our home. I wasn't sure I could imagine how it could really work and was just worried I had spent this money to no avail. But the assembly was easy, and fits easily into any area. When cleaning I remove from the space it is in. Roll it over, and give it a good slap on the bottom just in case. Then I slowly roll it back the other way to let all of the free litter glide back to the bottom. When you pull out the little tray that catches all of the clumps you'll be amazed. It's fast and easy and not messy at all. We now do not have to fight about cleaning the litter box. It miraculously gets rolled about twice a day (we have 2 cats) and stays fresh smelling all the time. Best practical product I've bought in a long time! ... show more

Love love love. No litter box is perfect, but this is the closet I have found to perfection. The mechanical ones are unreliable and scare the cats. You will never have to touch litter again using this system. We have 3 of these boxes for our 2 cats and our litter game is on point, easy to change and the cats love them. ... show more

It doesn't filter like it claims. Drawer flops loose inside. Doesn't do what claims and only a small layer of litter instructed to use.
