The media could not be loaded. We have guests regularly and this thing is an absolute joy! Inflates/deflates in less than a minute! AND IT IS ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE! High recommend!

    • Do not waste your money!

We purchased this product in July but only recently had a guest stay with us and use it. While our guest was using it, it leaked air and they would wake up periodically through the night having to refill the mattress. We searched for holes to try and patch them but found none. We then contacted “customer service” if you can call it that. They first said to look for leaks and use the patch that came with the mattress, since there were no holes this was unhelpful. We then asked for a return and refund since it was a defective product but since we were outside the return window all they could do was a warranty replacement. They would only do this once we cut the power chord and sent them a picture of the cut chord and mattress in the photo, then we were told to dispose of the mattress ourselves…seems sketch to me. Again do not waste your money on this mattress and give this joke of a company another dime! You’re better off finding a Murphy bed or a significantly cheaper air mattress. ... show more

I bought this because of it's features. Typical air mattresses are a pain to put back together once it's been used. They never fold back up properly and fit nicely in the bag that most come with. I also got it because of the height. The tallest air mattress is about 22 inches. I'm 5'5 and 300 lbs. Getting off a low couch is hard for me. Even though it loses some air at night, I am still able to get off of it with ease due to the frame. I assume it folded back up nicely, my niece doesn't let me put anything back when I come visit. There was a hole underneath where the metal frames and stuff connect to the bed.
