The Metiko hearing aids have been the best. They are light weight and small enough so you hardly see them behind your ear. You can use your phone to adjust various sounds and modes. The Best Hearing Aids I've Owned So Far I have several kids at home, so there's often a lot of noise, shouting, and activity throughout the day. These hearing aids do an excellent job of filtering out that background noise without letting it overwhelm conversations—a problem I've experienced with other hearing aids in the past. They're also incredibly comfortable to wear. They feel very gentle on my ears and add virtually no noticeable weight, which is especially important since I have sensitive ears. Their compact size and discreet placement make them barely noticeable when worn. What impressed me most is how well they perform compared to other hearing aids I've used over the years, including some that cost significantly more. The sound quality, comfort, and noise management have all exceeded my expectations. Overall, I couldn't be happier with these hearing aids. They outperform every other model I've tried, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an effective and comfortable hearing solution.

This is a great device, not just for seniors but adults as well. The sound is amplified and clear as well. From the very beginning I didn't think this device was going to work that is, until I walked into the next room.. I heard the bedroom TV all the way to the front door; clear as day. Seemed to eliminate some of the tinnitus as well, which is amazing However, I did take away one star for the setting up process as that was quit difficult. But hoping for longevity of this device. And be mindful of the domes you chose to add onto the device. One got stuck in my ear and only my ENT was able to take out. But other than that great work.

Outstanding Speech Clarity and All-Day Comfort I ordered several hearing aids to compare side by side, and this one ended up being the clear winner. The speech clarity is noticeably better, especially during everyday conversations. Voices sound natural and easy to understand without the overly processed or harsh quality I experienced with some of the other hearing aids I tested. One feature that really stands out is the background noise reduction. In restaurants, group gatherings, and other noisy environments, it does a great job of bringing speech forward while still allowing me to stay aware of what's happening around me. The sound remains natural—it just helps me focus on conversations more effectively. I would recommend taking the time to try the different ear tip sizes to find the best fit and seal. It also helps to experiment with the available listening modes in different environments to get the best performance.

Combo style hearing aid cleaning brushes...that miss the mark. They have all the various functions you might want, but the sizes of the bristles and ends don't always fit, and also aren't easy to hold. For a 6 pack of simple brushes, they could be a bit less expensive too. However, if this is what you're expecting, there's nothing wrong with the quality of these brushes.

Love these hearing aids! Pretty much like the hearing aids I bought for 4,000. I am very pleased with the use of my cell phone and the results are marvelous. Worth every penny! Sick of buying hearing aids that don’t fit my ears, they fall out and my dog eats them. These are a welcome relief .
