Do NOT buy this product! The only way to contact them is by email. I needed smaller ear domes. Contacted them, by email and when I received a reply, I was told that those were the smallest THEY made.

The are small , has a rechargeable case. Looks like earbuds. So the only questions she gets is where did you get them from! They help her so much so she loves them and so I love them for her as well. They are sturdy and durable. The price was amazing for such a quality product. She loves how easy it is to charge. Get yours.

I was ready to return this hearing aid but gave it one more try. Because of the specs, this is a professional grade advanced hearing aid. The Kingwell app to control the aids is buggy so be patient. The app kept saying I wasn't connected. When I finally had Bluetooth connected, I tried to do hearing test, but it was difficult. I went to "request assistance" and was able to download my current audiogram results. Because of noise suppression the sound doesn't seem loud. Soft sounds may be missing. I did the TV test. I turned down the sound and then increased the TV volume slowly until I could understand the speech. Audiogram allowed my high frequency hearing loss to be compensated. I gave 4 stars because the setup was difficult. Addendum: After using this aid for one week, I realized the voice quality was poor. Twice I couldn't understand someone on the phone. I realized that I was using subtitles to understand speech on the TV. Voice recognition was poor. The adjustments on the Bluetooth app didn't seem to change anything. Good concept but bad execution. New rating is 2 stars.

These are excellent! I took them straight out of the nox and they worked with no issue! Love how many ear plug options they come with, really giving you so many options to find the best comfort level. Even without the app these are flawless! Now when it comes to the app, what an easy app to use to really customize all of the sounds coming in. Very easy to adjust for various pitches in all of the sounds around us. Truly a 10/10 product!

There is a bit of a learning curve, and it took several attempts before the software update completed. There is also, for me, an occasional squeal. However: I now know what hearing aids do, and these are great! No increase in volume necessary like the others I tried. Same volume but ultra clarity. Voices come through crisp and clear. I also like that they look like my AirPods pro, so nobody realizes they are hearing aids. Even if they did, I wouldn’t care because they are such a tremendous help.

Overall excellent product. Good amplification yet sensitive to environmental noise. Connects via Bluetooth effortlessly to a wide array of sources. Occasional whistle damped immediately by a double tap on the earbud. Battery life is about half a day, but they charge quickly in the case. I had one trouble: The app, downloaded from Play Store, showed the earbuds as disconnected, so the app no longer worked. I fixed this by downloading the app from the QR code in the directions. This version resets the earbuds and solves problem.
