I am new to hearing aids usage, however my hearing wasn't new. After searching through many hearing aid products on Amazon,I decided on this pair by Bigprot. Mainly due to price and what I thought I needed to assist in my hearing. Once I receive them I charged them and then started using them. After learning how to operate this Bigprot hearing aid their have helped me a lot in hearing conversations close and at a short distanceI, and even in restaurants. I have found that the hearing aids easy to use and very comfortable to wear. The battery life is long and without constantly recharging. They come with a rechargeable case which is always nice to have, plus easy instructions and cleaning tools. I have had them and worn them for three full days upon this review and found out they are reliable and easy to wear. They come with three sets of earbulp pieces that are a comfortable fit for my ears. Volume control is easy, but for me tricky at first in finding my sweet spot,they are small lite weight and the appearance is good and are hard to notice. So far I am satisfied with this set and hope they give me a long life of hearing pleasure. Product is good however their customer service dept. Not so good. Tried to call and register my hearing aids, got no answer, tried to email them through the address given to me by their contact information, still no results. Their email address wouldn't work. This customer service department and addresses need to be corrected, either by a email address that works or completely overhaul their customer service plan. While their customer service sucks there product still deserves the 5 star rating.

Got it for awesome price. My dad started using it right away , his hearing improved significantly. Im so grateful i found this hearing aid at amazon. Looks great and easy to wear. Fits perfect on his ear. Controls are very easy to use. Very lightweight and battery last long.

Unbelievable hearing quality! At 96, my mother struggles with hearing conversations clearly- but not with these Bigprot hearing aids. These are not just amplifiers. Noise cancellation is built-in, making conversations very easy to understand. The case, itself, charges the hearing aids very quickly, and can recharge the hearing aids several days in a row without needing a plug. The case provides a visual reading of the charging power remaining, so you can plan accordingly. And at 96, all mom has to do is click the toggle switch to the ON position and rotate the wheel to regulate the volume. Comes with multiple ear pieces for customization. No batteries needed-ever and the charge lasts about 12 hours! Great product at an unbelievable price!!

Update: After using these OTC hearing aids exactly three times, they completely stopped working. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I expected the product to last much longer and function properly with regular use. I also tried reaching out for support, but the customer service experience was very poor and not helpful at all. Because of the product failure and the lack of proper support, I had no choice but to return the item. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this specific hearing aid. Please try to avoid purchasing this particular item and consider other options available on Amazon instead. I bought these for my dad because he was having trouble hearing conversations and constantly turning the TV volume up. He was a little hesitant at first, but after wearing them for a few days, he really likes them. The sound is clear, they're comfortable to wear, and the charging case is very convenient. He especially likes that they are simple to use and don't require an app or complicated setup. It's been nice seeing him participate in family conversations again. Very happy with this purchase.

These Bigprot OTC hearing aids exceeded my expectations! Setup was simple, even for a first-time user, and the rechargeable battery lasts all day. This is my 6th pair of hearing aids, including a very expensive pair from an audiologist. These are by far the best. There is absolutely no squealing, scratching, chirping, whistling, or unreal overtones. All sounds are clear, clean, and natural. Even loud sounds or clock chimes sound natural. In fact, later in the day, I wondered if they were still working. Did the batteries run out? So I turned them off. Wow! Everything went dull and muted. I had no idea how bad my hearing was. I can now understand the waiter or the old program on the TV. I bought a second pair as a backup, just in case I drop one in the toilet or something.
