Just finished wiring up my new subwoofer amp with this kit and it worked out pretty well. The 17 feet of power wire was more than enough to run from my battery to the trunk-- had plenty left over actually. Everything you need is in the box which is nice because I didn't have to make multiple trips to the auto parts store. The wire quality seems decent for the price point. Its not the fancy oxygen-free copper stuff but for most people installing a basic system this will work fine. The RCA cables feel solid and the connections are tight. I like that they color coded everything clearly-- makes it way easier when your crawling around under the dash trying to figure out which wire goes where. One thing I noticed is the fuse holder is pretty basic but it does its job. The split loom tubing they include is a nice touch for keeping things looking clean. Installation took me about 2 hours but I'm not exactly a pro at this stuff. The 60A fuse should handle most moderate power amps without any issues. Only minor complaint is the ground wire could be a bit longer-- 1.6 feet worked for my setup but might be tight depending on where you mount your amp. Overall though, this kit has everything you need for a straightforward amp install and the price is reasonable for what you get. ... show more

This is a reasonable kit if one is installing an additional amp for their car subwoofer or speakers. The wiring length is enough for most vehicles and it includes everything a typical kit like this has. The fuse holder doesn't have the best seal on it and could let water in if a lot of water hits it or it was submerged, but a light spray shouldn't affect it. The listing makes no mention of the copper content of the wire, and considering the price, it's likely CCA not full copper but I don't know. If one is installing an inexpensive amp, this is a reasonable choice, but if one is installing an expensive high end / high current amp, they would likely be wanting higher end wiring. For my purposes, it's going to work just fine. ... show more
