I tried several brands of the otc hearing aids and these have the best sound quality, probably to do with the wired speakers instead of plastic tubes in other brands. I returned the others and kept these.

I'm impressed. It charged quickly and it works well. It's not going to beat the more expensive/fancy ones at specialty stores, but in a pinch this does the job. I highly recommend these rechargeable hearing aids for seniors and adults. The easy-to-use volume control buttons allow for quick adjustments. Increasing the volume is as simple as a short press on the front button, with three beeps indicating the maximum level. Decreasing the volume is just as easy by short pressing the back button, with three beeps indicating the lowest level. I found it helpful to adjust the volume to the lowest level before wearing them initially. Additionally, the battery life is impressive. A full charge takes only 6 hours and provides over 35 hours of continuous use. The high capacity battery case also ensures that I have a backup power source for charging the hearing aids multiple times. The over charging protection circuit gives me peace of mind, knowing that overcharging is not a concern.
