I thought I could get by cheaply but I couldn't. The volume requires a small screw driver and removal of the aid to adjust. When changing environments the volume needs to be changed which is too inconvenient. Delivery was on time. And they seem like the quality is good. A little bit uncomfortable but that could be more me I'm not sure at this point. The sound is a little "tin canish" but I'm still trying to find the best volume for certain distances. Bottom line is I can hear better with them.

he likes the amplification, but none of the tips provided help them stay in his ears. he bends over and out they come. he'll keep them, but not overly fond of them.

I bought these for my father in law. Fast shipping. Great value. Works well. We're having trouble getting them to stay in his ears. To be fair, he has very small openings to his ears. I would still recommend.

The media could not be loaded. The devices are a little larger than expected. Well i expected them to be the same size of my earbuds but just a tad bit bigger. My wife has had no problem wearing them and I can notice a definite decrease in the volume of the television when she is watching. She says they are comfortable. First of all do not work for what there meant to do. You can here so much eco and not the conversation that is taking place. The device is to big for the ear. I return the iteam and got my money back.

The case and hearing aids charge up easily. This is quality workmanship. My own hearing condition produced an echo in my left ear. I could not find a good fit for the right hearing aid, that caused the hearing aid to produce a loud howling noise. I needed a way to remove the hearing aids quickly, without a convenient pull tab. ... show more
