    • Ordered two of them back to back, same failure.
The item worked for about 5 to 10 minutes then it stopped working. Here are some of the troubleshooting that I went through to try to see if it was an operator error. After the unit stopped working, I thought the battery would be discharged. After placing the battery in the charger, the charger indicated that the battery was fully charged. I waited for about 30 minutes before placing the battery again in the unit, but the unit still did not work. I placed the battery on the charger again thinking that I might have gotten a false positive from the battery charger. The charger still indicated that the battery was fully charged, but I left it on the charger anyway for about 4 hours thinking that maybe the charger was faulty, after the 4 hours I placed the battery in the unit, but the unit does not work. I returned the unit and ordered another one, got the new one and it was exactly the same story. It only worked for 5 to 10 minutes did the same steps as previous described, but again it did not work. ... show more

    • Cant believe this was a DeWalt!?!
I really wanted to like this tool as I have been in the market for a pressure washer for my ATV and garden tractor rinse after hitting some muddy areas on my property. I used this first time and I was impressed with its lightweight design and the way it felt. Very well balanced and rubber grips were perfect. Im a HUGE DeWalt fan having many tools from them over the years accomplishing many projects around the house. Maybe it was irony having a conversation with one of my contractor clients a few weeks back talking about his DeWalt chop block saw and how I wanted one. He said that he thought DeWalt's durability was on the downslope and he recommended a couple other brands in stead. So fast forward to today as I am using the powerwasher for the first time and just about finished with the ATV after washing the garden tractor and BANG! The little clear plastic nozzle just shattered and sent water everywhere. I thought it looked pretty flimsy but figured DeWalt engineering had tested this pretty well as they always have at the weakest points. So now Im in the comments section reading about others who have had the same experience not once, twice but even THREE times! Not DeWalt "Guaranteed Tough" but I have Harbor Freight Tools that are tougher than that! Hoping someone makes a brass fitting replacement for it! ... show more

    • It seemed like a good idea, but underwhelming at best
I thought this would be nice for cleaning eaves around the house or cleaning of cars and boats without the hassle of setting up the gas powered pressure washer. It simply has not been useful or effective for that purpose. Between the lack of pressure and terrible hose inlet positioning, it's just not worth the time, money, or effort. The quick-connect is not the dry type, so don't pop it off under pressure! I will say that the black portion will hold a 9Ah flexvolt battery for anyone who may have a use for this thing... maybe it's good for someone working where only battery powered equipment could be used? Holding this thing overhead to clean eaves with a garden hose coming out at a 90 degree angle is inadvisable. ... show more

I just received the washer. Used once. First impression: easy to use, cleans as described, gets warm to touch after 29 minutes continued use. Will not replace your power washer but for smaller, lighter weight cleaning it’s perfect. Unit cleaned mildew off sidewalk with the turbo tip, it just is slow compared to our power washer. It will be perfect for touch up cleaning the deck, window trim, doors, mailbox, lawn chairs, lawnmower. ... show more
