These are for facial trauma where the mouth isn't a viable air source so you would put this into the nose to establish an airway. Having practiced with these, I can tell you it is a weird and unpleasant thing to have in, but none the less a good piece of kit for your IFAK.

Minimum standard with some lube included. Packaged well. Got it for a small kit that I keep in the car. I don't have room for six separate sizes. But I have room for the most used one.

Came like described, quickly. Lube was included with mine but not in the tube package, they both are inserted in a plastic bag together. manufacture date of mine is 1/18/19 exp. 1/18/28, not sure how a tube ever expires other than sterility of package. Lube pack expires 6/2021, wouldn't worry over lube pack though...very small, add a travel size Vaseline to your kit.

Hope I never have to use it but it's in my trauma pack just in case now. I hope if I do and I use it correctly as well ... I watched some videos to show the proper method so I hope that helps if god forbid it ever comes to it. Came with the lube pack so I taped that to the pack this came in so it was handy and ready to go if this ever had to be pulled out. Thanks
