Got for my grandmother. They do seem to work well. Only problem has been that, even when hearing aid volume is turned down to lowest, TV still sounds too loud to her. I previously gave a very good review to this after one week of usage with feedback from my mom. I am downgrading it from a 5 stars to a 3 stars after more feedback on the 2nd week of usage. It still work fine but seems like it is somewhat very sensitive when it touch the hair. It seems like malfunction but it is not. It just make very loud noise and non stop. Might have to do with proton and electron interactions when the product rub against the hair. It wouldn't stop making noise and have to shut it down for it to stop or wait for awhile to use it. It is good for home use but definitely not recommended for bringing it outside of the house due to the in convenient. ... show more
