I purchased these to help me hear better in large areas. They do not have touch adjustments that allow clear sounds. I have tried many times and finally threw them in the electronic junk drawer. A total waist of my minimal income!

First of all, this is an actual review, from a normal human, who paid for these. I'm going to give you my "first 24 hours" experience First, the TLDR version: It works, the battery life is decent, the instructions suck, and the volume control is NOT intuitive, no matter what the other "reviews" say. It also has one feature I really like a lot. Now for some detail. First, the ordering. For some reason the blue ones are nearly $300, while the white ones were 99, (prime day for $84, which I missed). Worth the 99, not worth the 300, not at all. The construction is solid, the case is nice, and the larger insert fit my ear well. (comes with the usual 3 sizes. The shipping box is nice, but the instructions are minimal at best. Not really an English translation issue, just a lack fo words. It talks about varying the volume level, but not whether the two sides work together or not (sometimes they do, sometimes no) Most of it you'll just have to play with it and get used to it. The sound quality is a bit tinny, no base to speak of, but it's decent enough for music via bluetooth and voice for hearing aid. I will say that the bluetooth has better bass, so it's likely the mic circuit just isn't up to the task of music reproduction. The noise reduction is so-so. I noticed when walking into the bathroom and turning on the fan that it got loud for about a half second. Then it figured out it was a repetitive noise, and took out about 80 percent of it. But if it's not a repetitive noise, it's gonna be lloud. I love my mechanical keyboard, but if I use it with these, it sounds like I'm in a shooting gallery... The battery does seem to last all day, I'm at 5 hours continous on hearing aid mode and am down to about 60 percent. The volume control is confusing. You just touch either ear (capacitive touch, not a button) one quick time to change the volume. A four tone scale means you're as loud as it goes. What it does not tell you is whether the next touch starts you over on the lowest volume, or steps it back down one. As best I can tell, it starts you over at the lowest one. It also seems you have to do them separately, which is nice if you have unequal hearing loss. I did notice some squeal until I swapped to the larger earpiece, it's been quiet since then. And my final note, and this is neat, you CAN SPLIT THESE SO ONE IS BLUETOOTH WHILE THE OTHER ONE STAYS HEARING AID!! I'm sitting at my computer, I've got both on hearing aid. But I get teams call. All I have to do is touch one earpiece for three seconds and it switches to bluetooth and connects to my PC. You can also listen to music out of one side while the other stays hearing aid mode. I really like that part. Overall a solid 4 stars that would have been 5 if the instructions were better.

Got these for my mom, who is in her 70's.. Her hearing is okay right now, but she lives in an apartment that has very thin walls and her neighbors don't like it when she puts up the tv too loud. She has been using these to watch tv on a lower volume so that she doesn't disturb the neighbors. It has been a great solution for her to enjoy her time watching shows on tv while keeping the peace in the neighborhood.

This product is not worth the money. The sound quality dropped of after the first couple of weeks. A lot of echoing even after doing all the recommended steps. The hearing aid & Bluetooth would switch very easily. The design is nice and comfortable. It'd be one or both would randomly disconnect and reconnect. The fit is okay.
