After the pairing prompt, select the earbuds' name in your phone's Bluetooth settings. The indicator light turns off once connected. Cannot adjust the volume The earbuds have 4 volume levels. Lightly tap once to increase volume and hear a beep. Stop after the beep to check the level. A double beep indicates maximum volume. Hearing aid volume is too loud In Hearing Assistance mode, you can adjust the volume. In Bluetooth mode, the hearing assistance function is turned off, and the volume is set to maximum by default. You can adjust the volume according to your needs. Product environment noise and whistling In Bluetooth mode, volume is max and hearing assistance is off. For noise reduction, switch to Hearing Assistance mode. Ensure proper ear tip fit to prevent sound leakage and whistling.
