I purchased these hearing aids for my grandma who is 90+ years old. It has a senior friendly design. What really stands out is how simple and intuitive they are to use, just like wearing apple earbuds. My grandma used to have a hearing aids buds and she needed to change battery frequently. The rechargeable design means no more fumbling with tiny batteries. Lowest volume is too loud for me at this time. Keeping them for future need. I have tinnitus. They might be useful in the future. If you have hearing loss more than I, they'd work well.

These didn’t work for me - sounded as if I was in a tunnel when I talked, and wouldn’t stay in my ears, kept falling out. If you don’t speak, and they fit in your ears, you can hear very well with them. Update: I have to say that Customer Service reached out to me and they are very helpful and concerned about their product, thank you.
