These started whistling straight out of the box. They whistled while they charged, and they only stopped whistling when inserted in the ear. The volume control didn’t work at all. The instruction booklet was written by someone with obvious English difficulties, and it wasn’t very helpful on technicalities, though it did get the basic points across.     • Short shaft and smallest ear piece was too large
Why don’t people make hearing aids with longer shafts and smaller in the ear pieces. My mom had tiny ears width wise and longer depth wise. These aides were two fat to fit in her ear because the shaft wasn’t long enough and the smallest ear pieces were still too big

    • Small insert is still big
I couldn't wear these otherwise, but they work good for just watching TV so you don't need to turn up the volume. Whistle a lot when adjusting them. Small size still is to large for my ear so they fall out if moving around.
