I take this instead of an iron supplement. This doesn't give me a tummy ache but everybody is different. I don't burp them after taking them. Very mild smell in the bottle too. These are worth a try, especially for the price.

I’ve been mostly on a plant based diet over the last 2 years and then had some iron deficiency issues come up so I turned to liver supplements since I couldn’t catch up as quickly as I would have liked. So far, grazin has been great. The smell and taste aren’t an issue at all, easier than taking a Tylenol. My iron levels are getting back to where they need to be and I feel good. I have been taking dessicated beef liver capsules for over twenty years. Used to be borderline anemic, no longer for many years. One of my basic supplements I take daily. This product is comparable to Solgar. I did find out Argentina's beef same as U.S. New Zealand has free roaming beef now.
