I take this instead of an iron supplement. This doesn't give me a tummy ache but everybody is different. I don't burp them after taking them. Very mild smell in the bottle too. These are worth a try, especially for the price.

I have been taking dessicated beef liver capsules for over twenty years. Used to be borderline anemic, no longer for many years. One of my basic supplements I take daily. This product is comparable to Solgar. I did find out Argentina's beef same as U.S. New Zealand has free roaming beef now.

I’ve been mostly on a plant based diet over the last 2 years and then had some iron deficiency issues come up so I turned to liver supplements since I couldn’t catch up as quickly as I would have liked. So far, grazin has been great. The smell and taste aren’t an issue at all, easier than taking a Tylenol. My iron levels are getting back to where they need to be and I feel good. Other liver pills have a fairly strong IMO taste and smell (I am pregnant so maybe not as strong if you aren't pregnant and extra sensitive) however these ones have absolutely no smell or taste. Great option even if it is a bit more costly than other brands. The fact it is freeze dried and doesn't have an off putting smell or taste makes it worth it. ... show more
