This product is amazing! We had purchased a litter robot and spent a significant amount of money, however, it was terrible!!! It would constantly smell and would frequently stop working after dumping the used litter in the pan, leaving the unit upside down with no litter for the cats and an open path to the used litter! The new litter box is perfect! It works EVERYTIME, it does NOT smell, and the cats took right to it. The self sealing trash bag system is fantastic! The best part is it is a third of the price of the litter robot! I have already recommended it to several family members and the ones that bought it….LOVE IT!

I’ve used this litter box for a while now, and I’m honestly blown away by how many smart features it has — in fact, it outshines many others I’ve tried. Here’s why I’m giving it a rave: ⸻ ✅ What I Love • Sealed poop compartment — This is a standout. It truly isolates odor and waste, keeping the rest of the box clean and fresh. No lingering smells drifting across the room. • Design & build — The materials feel solid, durable, and well-engineered. It’s not flimsy, and everything locks or slides precisely. • Ease of cleaning — Because waste is confined, cleanup is smoother and less messy. I don’t dread scooping anymore. • Privacy & aesthetics — The enclosed design gives cats the privacy they prefer while also looking nice in home spaces (not so obviously a litter box). • Comparative advantage — I’ve owned open trays, hooded boxes, automated boxes — this one strikes a perfect balance. It’s more pleasant (for both me and the cat) than open boxes, and less fussy (or expensive) than many “smart” automated ones. •Arrives Assembled ⸻ ⚠️ A Few Small Notes • The lid/door can feel a bit snug at times — cats with very large bodies may need a moment to adjust. • The compartment is fantastic, but you’ll still want to empty it regularly — trash compartment ⸻ 🎯 Bottom Line If you’re tired of litter boxes that smell or are messy, and also tired of overly complex and pricey “smart” boxes, this one hits a sweet spot. I had been looking at automatic self cleaning litter boxes for a while when my husband surprised me with this Furbulous True odor-free litter box. Overall this has been a good product. Set up was simple. Our order came with a few trash bags, we wasted one while trying to learn how it all worked but luckily we had back up. Pros: more cost efficient than some other brands, relatively compact design, came with extra trash bags, very quiet, clean up mostly now consists of changing a sealed trash bag every few days. Cons: when we close the door and the machine rotates, litter spills from around the closed door. This is not only creating a mess but also wasting kitty litter (approx 4 tablespoons at a time). I haven’t figured out how to add fresh kitty litter without making a mess. My husband said I should just be able to pour it in through the front door but we buy larger containers of kitty litter so I’d have to scoop it into the door using something smaller rather than just lifting the container and pouring. I’ve also noticed that I do smell the old kitty litter despite there being an odor absorber attached to it. My husband even checked to make sure the vents of the odor blocker were open and they are so I feel like I need to buy a stronger odor absorber. Overall I am grateful for what it is and happy with this purchase.

This is a excellent cat box. It's clean and make emptying very easy. I would recommend this to anybody. It's quiet and easy to use. Only complaint is app need a little work but it's useable. Keeps smell down dramatically.

5 month update: I really wanted to like this box as the features were great. Who doesnt love the idea of sealed bags of litter you can just toss with little to no smell. Unfortunately the reality is the upkeep is not worth it. You have to keep the litter level just right missing topping it off even one day results in all the litter clumping and you have to empty and clean the whole thing. The storage reservoir will not always seal as it sometimes get overfilled and you have to manually cut and seal the bags. I was finding myself spending more time on upkeep on this than a manual box. Now I will leave the review at three stars because I am willing to admit that part of my issue may be having two cats but still I plan to discontinue use of this box and go back to the old manual method.
