This product bears little resemblance to the plush product in the description. There’s not enough filling in there to plump out what could probably be a nice product. I was going to return it, but one of the guests thought it was a blanket, and I didn’t feel quite right about it. That said, the construction and material certifications are good, and I was able to close the sofa with the product under the mattress pad. It’s adding a marginal amount of comfort to a hard/thin mattress so I kept it. If I had paid about $10 less for it, I would be satisfied because it’s better than a mattress pad. ... show more

It took me a while to figure out this topper. It comes without instructions, and it's not at all clear what to do with it. The topper arrives thin and flat. It looks useless and doesn't match the product description. But it turns out that you need to moisten it a little and put it in the dryer for one cycle, and then it becomes more elastic and fluffy. It gains volume and becomes more airy. It's very strange that this isn't mentioned in the instructions. But it is not suitable for constant use, in that case, it is a completely useless and worthless thing. ... show more

I researched this product, over 40 years in business. Got the bed topper and it’s not a topper. A topper would be a 2-3 inch product, this isn’t even a 1/2 of inch thick. I slept on it one night and it’s flat as a pancake. I read the reviews and I am not sure what other people got but what I got was entirely different. It’s not even useable for a dog bed. Do not think that what you see on the page is what you’re getting. It is supposed to be a cooling item, it would be cool if you loaded up ice and dropped on it. ... show more

As you can see from the pictures, my living room sofa pulls out to a queen, but had those huge gaps in the pull out portion. It's hard to see from the picture but laying down on it, you also feel the frame in several areas of you just lie on the couch directly. This topper makes it feel like one full piece and not a fold out. I've had kids and grand parents sleep on this topper and they are amazed at how good it feels! ... show more
