Please THINK CAREFULLY before you order. Causes: 1. If the ear dome not being fully seated in the ear canal, it is easy to leak the amplified sound. 2. Your hands or other objects are very close to the hearing amplifier 3. Too much earwax, the sealing degree is not good enough When a certain amount of sound will go back into the microphone, the sound is re-amplified which causes that annoying whistle, it is called feedback. To properly insert the hearing amplifier, please turn down to lowest volume prior to inserting into the ear canal Note: you can short push the volume/program control to adjust the volume. There is a total of 8 volume level, for the switch of each volume step, you will hear two beeps. Use fingers to hold the bottom of the device and use another hand to pull the auricle backward Note: The Pulling line is below, the Volume /Program Control button is above. Push the ear dome into the canal gently, make sure it fits snugly inside, not allow any space between the dome and the ear canal. Note: If you choose the right ear domes, after wearing it, there will be no whistling, you will feel comfortable. There are three types ear domes in the package. Open ear domes(with hole and tail): S, M, L Closed ear domes(without hole):S, M, L Double-layer ear domes: S, M, L Choosing a suitable ear dome is the key to getting enough loudness and avoid whistling. Insert side A of the tool into the wax guard on the device Rotate a circle clockwise, and pull out the wax guard. Recommended Uses For Product: Could you please confirm whether you followed these steps when inserting a fresh battery? 1.Remove the protective tab from the zinc-air battery (the small sticker on the back). 2.Wait for about 1 minute after removing the tab before closing the battery door.
