  • Great bench for the price !
Color: matte black
This is a great bench! Not too hard to put together. Nice and sturdy! I’m 5’4 and the squat rack is a little short for back squats but they’re doable.

  • Perfect bench with small footprint
Color: Yellow
I gave away an old bench years ago because it took up too much space in my apartment. I ended up missing it more than I thought I would, so I went looking for a new bench that would fold up and take up less space when not in use. There seems to be limited options for folding benches, but this seems like the best one. Assembly is always an annoying process, but I got through it here with relatively little trouble. I made one easily reversible mistake because the image on the instructions was cropped in a slightly misleading way. But the process went more quickly than I imagined it would when I unpackage the parts. I'm a very heavy person, between me and the weights we're certainly approaching the 500lb capacity, if not surpassing it. So the sturdiness of this item was a major concern for me. I can say that I feel extremely comfortable while lifting, and have zero concern if the bench can support my weight. My only complaint here is that it tends to wobble just a tiny bit at the hinge where it folds. I plan on addressing this by putting some sort of thick padding on the cross bar where the bench rests when it is folded down, but I've been using this for a few weeks now and it hasn't really been more than a minor annoyance. I wanted something sturdy and unobtrusive to my space, and I got it. When folded, the bench is 55" tall, 46" wide (or however wide your bar is), and 23" deep. It sticks out only a couple feet from the wall, and fits neatly under a shelf in my office. There is even a rack capable of holding the bar when the bench is in a folded position, so even your bar can be up and out of the way when not in use. As far as folding benches go, I think this is top of the line. Other similar benches on Amazon had a lot of reported issues, from poor support, to missing pieces. This one feels like it was designed with care and manufactured by professionals. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Decent bench but not a squat rack. Slightly misleading
As a bench this is pretty good for the money. Build quality seems solid but definitely not like what you'd find in a gym. It is sturdy. The bench is wide enough for me. If I was benching more then 300 lbs I might have concerns over how safe it would be but I'm lifting much less right now so I think it should be fine. But it is useless as a squat rack for me. The only way I can find to use it is from the back side with the bench down. And even then I have to sit on the back edge of the bench to get under the bar and it is tricky to rerack so I would never use this for any heavy squating. There is not enough space to back under the bar and the highest height is way too low for me at 5'10. In the video demo for this the guy doing squats is using 10 lb plates and pressing the bar over his head to get into his squats so he's not even using the bench at all. I'll give it 4 stars because as a bench it's pretty solid although I could have bought something as good without the extra squat rack feature for less which is what I would do if I was doing it again ... show more

  • Very sturdy, Well engineered
Color: matte black
I am 6'5" and this bench is long enough and sturdy enough to easily hold my body size and weight. I have used up to 200 lbs of weights with this bench and the bench is very sturdy. It's a man size weight lifting bench that easily folds up and is just as sturdy folded as it is with the bench sitting on the floor. Note: I use a strap to strap my weight bench up against my weight bar when not in use. You can remove your weights, put the bench in the upright position, lock it in place with a pin and then put your weights back on. I prefer just to use a strap because I don't have to worry about kids pulling on it. ... show more

  • Sturdy Bench With Great Features
I purchased a much more expensive bench a couple of years ago and it ended up being very flimsy and eventually broke. I recently purchased the Canpa bench and couldn't be happier! This bench is very sturdy and was easy to put together by myself. I like how the entire frame is made of thick iron, the bench is wider than other benches I've used, and the thick padding on the bench makes it more comfortable to sit and lay down on. The storage posts on the bottom of the frame makes storing extra weight plates easy and also grounds the bench more for extra stability. If you're looking for a sturdy bench that doesn't wobble or shift while using it and one that can safely support the weight of larger individuals, then I highly recommend this bench! ... show more

  • Great Bench! Well Balanced.
LOVE this new bench. The stancions are far enough apart that the bar stays balanced when loading weights so it is not a two person job. Nice, thick padding on the bench. And the bench folds up to save space. Only drawback is that you have to take the bar off the fold the bench up. Easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes. Solid product and well built. The grips for the bar arms are a little cheap, but they work. I would recommend this as an affordable option for your home gym. ... show more

  • A little cheaply built
Color: Red
It's a good bench but I have two gripes. It's not 100% secure at the head of the bench where it connects to the frame. I can easily shift the bench 10 degrees left and right, but having said that it doesn't move once you're on it. Second gripe, there isn't much of a back rest. So, after you push out that last rep, and you're exhausted you have to be extra careful when returning the bar to the rest since the margin of error is kind of high. Would I buy it again? Yes, but not before checking if I could find a bench with a higher back rest. ... show more
