These hearing aids work well for me. The first one's that I purchased (another brand) did not. When I had the other ones in my ears and touched them to adjust the position or change the volume level, there was a loud high-pitched screeching noise. Not so with these. But I had an issue that the seller promised to address. Zero follow-through! Very disappointed in the seller.

Look I’ve never had a hearing aid. But after numerous complaints about the tv being so loud my wife had to leave the room, I bought these. My parents have $6000 hearing aids so I didn’t have high expectations. These do work. I use them primarily for tv but carry them in my pocket during the day so I have them if I need them. Now my only complaints are: I don’t notice much of a difference at all in the 5 settings. I mean none. My mother with the very expensive hearing aids tried them and thought they were very loud. A tap on a hard surface sounds like a small explosion. I do get feed back quite easily so that part of the ad isn’t really true. I think if I could actually turn them down with the 5 settings this wouldn’t happen so frequently. The charging case is well designed and easy to carry. I like how they don’t look like hearing aids. A friend says they just look like apple ear buds. I don’t own apple ear buds so I will take his word for it. Mine stay charged almost a week if I’m just using them for tv. Perfect? I doubt $100 hearing aids can rival $6000 hearing aids but they do work. I think these are great for the price call them “starter hearing aids.”

The product does what it's supposed to do but they don't stay in your ears well. I wrote to the company and they told me I could buy a package of silicone covers for them and that would solve that issue. I don't know why they just don't include them to begin with. It was aggravating, so I returned them. Order the silicone covers up front when you order the product.

This is attempt two at getting cheaper hearing amplifiers to help increase how often they are used by the person these are for. The last one was similar in form to the expensive medically sourced hearing aids. Theese work well. The sound is clear, though they have the same white noise found in both the expensive hearing aids and the previous cheaper ones. They are easy to use. Taking them out of the case turns them on, tapping changes the volume on each and that's that. They came with a clear manual, cleaning brush and USB-C charging cable. I did decide on this pair for certain things like the DSP, but the main goal was hearing amplifiers that looked like earbuds. Specifically, ones that look like the ones she already uses regularly. They also are similar to mine and I know those are easy to wear for long periods. There was no disappointment on that front. They are comfortable enough for long periods. One might make the mistake of thinking they are somehow connected. That adjusting volume in one will affect the other. They lack connectivity and that leads to the default benefit of individual volume control without added complexity. Of course, that might depend on individual requirements. Adjusting both at the same time might be less of a hassle if you don't need individual adjustment. If I were to look for a negative point on these, it would be the case not being able to stand by itself but that's not really important. The whole package is compact and I doubt anyone would be wasting time making sure it's upright. The USB-C port is also on the bottom. They are being used often so this is success so far. Fewer cases of "What did you say?" since they arrived.

I really would like to love this product. The ear pieces is easy to put on and comfortable. The noise cancellation is good. Unfortunately, I am hearing impair to a lower frequency and this unit only able to adjust 5 levels of volume and not compensate the lower frequency by itself. I wish this unit is Bluetooth enable with an app that has a sound equalizer and also fine tune volume instead the 5 hand adjusted levels.

I bought this hearing aid two months ago and so far pretty happy with it. I went through multiple hearing aids trying to find the right ones for myself. Some of the were pricier than others but all failed to deliver. This hearing aid strikes a good balance between price and quality of reception. It is also easy to use and fit well. The only thing I would recommend would be to provide an optional holding frame to avoid the aid from falling out and getting lost. Would purchase it again but hope this set could last for a long time.
