  • It Just Works!
I purchased this system on the recommendation of the professional audio company who sold us and installed all of our equipment for the new sanctuary at our church. When the package arrived at home, I immediately hooked it up to our personal satellite system in order to test it. Once I got the transmitter connected, put the batteries into the receiver, connected headphones and hit the scan button, the receiver immediately locked onto the audio signal and the sound was clear and clean. When I installed it at the church the same thing happened. It was a breeze to install and use. Our church has a majority of senior citizens, many with hearing impairment. My first "customer" was an older lady who has always had to go home and watch the service late Sunday night after it was posted on YouTube, using closed captioning in order to know what actually happened in the service she attended that morning. After trying this system, she came back to the sound booth, all grins, and said this was the first time she could hear EVERYTHING! She was thrilled. It also makes it possible for her to sit anywhere in the sanctuary instead of front row center. I now have a couple of other folks who will be trying it out probably next week and I expect a similar response. I highly recommend this system for ease of installation as well as ease of operation for the user. It is not complicated. It is simple. It works. ... show more

  • System has helped several parishioners.
We use the system in our Church to allow our hearing impaired parishioners to enjoy the religious experience. The system was easy to setup; and training our users was a snap. Great system!

  • Truly plug and play
I purchased this system for my church. My elderly and other hearing impaired love this system. It was a total plug and play system...I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes! I purchased the loops for folks with advanced hearing aids, only to realize that I have no one with that type of hearing aid, but they will be put to use if The Lord keeps sending folks to our church ... show more

  • Very noisy system
Unfortunately this system adds a great deal of "pink" noise to the transmitted sound. We tried a number of things to eliminate the noise: 1. Moving the receivers closer to the transmitter 2. Different transmission channels 3. Different antennas 4. Recylcling the power to the transmitter 5. Using a different circuit to power the transmitter 6. Grounding the chassis 7. Using different inputs to the transmitter Nothing worked. I eventually purchased a Listen Technologies LT-800 transmitter which transmitted a perfectly clean sound signal. We continue to use the receivers that came with this unit. They deliver a clean and bright signal to the user when using the LT-800. I have no idea what causes the noise from this transmitter but it is unacceptable and was only eliminated by using a different model and manufacturer's transmitter. ... show more

  • Great product - works flawlessly
We purchased these for our church and two elderly people regularly use them. They have said that they can enjoy the service so much more because they can hear it much better with this system. It was certainly worth the price to help those with hearing loss to hear our services.
