I made a dumb mistake and apologize. I thought 8N was lighter than 9N and mixed the wrong color. I am really very sorrry. Wella products have been excellent and again I apologize. Been using this Wella 8N light blonde for several years. My hair is light blonde, covering gray. Just dyed my roots and about 40 minutes into waiting for it to process (45 min is wait time) I looked in the mirror and the roots were BLACK! I quickly washed out the black and now my hair is crazy looking. Will call Wella when they open to find out what the heck happened; obviously a machine malfunction. I just read earlier about the same thing happening to another person, but never thought it would happen to me. Wella, as far as I know, has not issued a recall on this product. I am returning the other bottles to Amazon. Won't be buying Wella anymore. Back to Clairol. Hope my hairdresser can fix the problem. ... show more
