Best red hair dye I've ever used. Does not show up pink. It's a conditioning dye so it can stay in your hair for up to 2 hours and wont damage it. Hair came out a deep red and super soft. I love the color deposit of this brand, very vivid and true to color. But it does run and bleed a lot. Stains everything. Even the hair on my brush, if it lays on a wet surface, the surface will stain forever. However, the color doesn’t stain the hair forever. Not a great picture but the color looks better in person than on camera for me. I have medium dark brown hair so I wasn’t expecting too much color but it’s pretty red. Looks even better after the first wash in my opinion. I got this for Halloween and I don’t personally love the hue for day to day, but it’s still an improvement on my natural color. I’ll probably leave it in for less time when I reapply and maybe that will have a nicer hue. I have noticed that my scalp has been kind of itchy since dying and more of my hair was falling out than usual before the first wash. Not a scary amount, but noticeable. I left it in for the longest time suggested in the instructions for a more dramatic result, so that may have made it worse. Condition the scalp can dry it out, at least for me so I guess it’s not a surprise, though when I used overtone conditioning dye in the past this didn’t happen. Also, I rinsed my hair thoroughly after dyeing but red did still bleed onto my pillows and clothing around my neck. This also didn’t happen with overtone. Overall, I’m not really mad because I did go for the cheapest dye I could find and it did work quite well. But for the other things I mentioned, I’d probably pay a little more for a different brand next time. ... show more

Not happy. When it said semi permanent, and because it’s like a gel/cream, I assumed it meant it wouldn’t just rub off while wearing it. While the color is great when you apply it-IT PERMANENTLY STAINS YOUR HAIR! I bought two different colors for Christmas parties, and I cannot even imagine what the green would be like! ... show more
