I first used this bench at a gym owned by my friend, and that is what convinced me to buy one. This is not close to commercial quality, it is real commercial quality. It has been used by multiple people every day in his gym, and it still feels rock solid. When I tried it, it felt very stable even during heavier lifts. The frame is sturdy, and both the seat and backrest are really comfortable. They are firm enough to give good support but still soft enough for longer workouts, so you do not feel uncomfortable after multiple sets. The adjustment system is smooth and locks in securely, which makes switching between exercises easy.
