  • Great Gaming Motherboard
Size: ATX Style: B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
The MSI B650 is a great gaming motherboard and I’ve had a very good time with it so far. It has a great feature set supporting a chipset (AM5) that supports the best gaming CPUs on the market, working great with both my ryzen 7900X3D and RX 7900 GRE, has good and stable voltage and temperatures, feels and looks high quality and was very durable. As well, their BIOS is easy to navigate, boot times are quick, and it’s easy to install divers. ... show more

  • Great quality
Size: mATX Style: B650M PROJECT ZERO
So far the performance is great, bios is pretty decent plenty of updates, fit in its case perfectly and looks absolutely stunning. So far it’s treating my 7700x quite nicely, was able to easily update bios. Seems stable haven’t had over a month so only time will tell. So far impressed with the matx comparability as well plenty of fan headers and 2 m.2. Only bad quality is it lacks pcie 5.0. But great for gaming just not the most future proof ... show more

  • As Straightforward As It Gets
Size: ATX Style: MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
I haven't built a PC in 20 years, so I was a little bit overwhelmed with how many options and new connections there are on modern motherboards. The MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi motherboard made my fears evaporate. Everything is easy to figure out, labeled clearly, and came in working condition. All of my components were recognized instantly and none of the pins arrived broken (several were bent slightly, which I blame on the distributors, but with a careful hand and needlenose pliers I fixed them without issue). The best part of the install in my opinion is the processor; there's a bunch of space and installing an AIO cooler is a breeze. So far my motherboard is sitting at about 32°C while streaming with only the onboard Radeon graphics, which bodes well for when I acquire a GPU. Overall, stays cool, includes features such as connectors for aRGB and system fans around the edges, and is a great deal for the price. Should last me years. ... show more

  • No issues installing, okay wifi, but does not come with a user guide
Size: ATX Style: MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
I bought this mobo on black friday for a new PC build. It's been almost 10 years since I built my last PC, and wow, I am impressed on how much the quality of parts has improved since then. Having the IO shield built in vs separate was a nice quality of life improvement. It installed flush with no headaches to the back of my PC case and it looks great. The motherboard itself also looks great. I like the sleek black design - it will look good in most builds regardless of color schemes. The M.2 drives were easy to install (I installed 2) and I appreciated the black metal covers on top that make them blend in with the rest of the mobo. For cable management, I found the location of the SATA ports to be somewhat annoying. They are located right below where a graphics card would extend to. Not a super inconvenience to install, but I recommend installing the GPU after doing wiring/cable management for easiest install. For wifi, the antennas provided are alright. I get around 150 MBps on wifi vs 400 MBps from my phone at the same location. For comparison, the antennas provided on my previous PC's motherboard were awful and would get around 20 MBps at best. Will need to do more testing with a third party antenna to see how the provided antennas holdup - but I can say that on their own the provided antennas provide a sufficient degree of connectivity to work/game out of the box. I am taking off 1-star however for not providing a physical paper copy of the motherboard user guide in the box. I am somebody who likes to download user manuals/instructions and do away with paper copies to save space, but for a motherboard I prefer to also have a physical copy while building my pc. It was a pain/inconvenience to have to look up and download the user guide onto my phone during the building. Considering how expensive motherboards are these days, not including the guide just felt cheap. And no, it wasn't included out of being eco-friendly. MSI included multiple printed advertisement flyers in the box that really made me question why money was wasted here on something everyone will throw away vs a helpful user manual. ... show more

  • Simple, solid, sufficient
Size: mATX Style: PRO B650M-A WIFI
Running for 3 month, zero hiccups. Purchased Jan. 2025, paired it with an AMD R5 7600x, G.Skill Trident Z 64GB RAM and WD Black SN770 . No issues, boots fast (pwr button -> Win login = 10 seconds), factory BIOS. Good array of options and settings, layout is solid and the board itself is physically sturdy. As far as mobos go, it was a pleasure to work with. ... show more

A solid performer. Bios, port capacity, heat sink & processor fit are all a solid check. Good gaming performance and is on par with the price point.

  • A Unique and Stunning Motherboard with Flawless Performance
Size: mATX Style: B650M PROJECT ZERO
The MSI B650 Project Zero is hands down one of the cleanest and most visually striking motherboards I’ve used. I'm running it with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and after a simple BIOS flash using MSI’s incredibly convenient BIOS flash button, it has worked flawlessly. Paired with my MSI MAG Pano M100R PZ case, this board delivers a beautifully clean setup with zero visible cables. It looks gorgeous alongside my XFX 7900 XTX, 64GB of Trident RAM, and Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360. The rear I/O connections make for a truly unique and streamlined build, keeping everything tidy without sacrificing accessibility. If you want a motherboard that performs as well as it looks, this is an easy recommendation. ... show more
