I loss 40% of my high frequency hearing in my left ear during my first aircraft carrier cruise in 1971. Ever since then MANY of the beeps and alarm sounds that doorbell, clocks, appliances, and some timers make are hard for me to hear if they are on my left side. SO, I wanted to try these hearing aids to see if I could get use to using them as the rest of my hearing begins to deteriorate with my age (75). Nice case for the ear pieces. Charging cradle, USB C cable, and 2A adapter are ALL included (everything you need to get charged up). Now selecting the right size "EAR DOMES" which fasten to the hearing aid to FIT SNUGLEY in your ear canal. This part is trial and error; even one ear can be larger than the other ear. So I patiently tried the different sizes until I found the match I needed to fit inside my ear without being uncomfortable and yet was snug enough to keep the sound being transmitted inside the ear from getting past the dome to its microphone which causes "SQUEALING" (that horrible sound that gives you away). I still can't put them in or take them out without some squealing. (the pull wire is the way you get them out of your ears). Once I had gotten through the "FITTING" phase, I was really impressed at the amplification these aids product, even on the lowest volume setting! I can hear my wife from the next room! There are sounds in the house that I have never heard before; refrigerator, air purifier, even florescent lights humming. Maybe I already need to wear these ALL the time? The instructions say to give your ears time to adjust by only using them for short periods of time at first. I am building up to using them when I really don't want to miss a word OR when I would normally have the TV or Echo TOO loud for my wife. I think she appreciates me using them so I am not blasting her out with the TV volume. Sooner or later, most of us will need a little help hearing; by getting use to these now, and learning how to keep them clean, I will be better prepared for when the time comes that I really need them to function!. My mother lived to be 102 years young, when I started caring for her, she already badly needed hearing aids BUT SHE COULD NOT TOLERATE them in her ears; the fitting, the squealing, the cleaning was just too much for her so they just stayed in the drawer and I had to holler to get her to hear me. I am determined to use these enough to be comfortable with them NOW so no one has to holler at me later.

These items work good for 2 months then crap out. 1 set lasted 1 month second set lasted 2 1/2 months can't return for another set. good when working just don't last.

Good hearing aids for the price. Noise cancellation is not really good, but they do the job. They fit well (small enough to stay in the ear) and are easy to use. Volume adjustment is simple. On/off switch. Rechargeable. The key is that you have to wear them enough to get used to them.

In the past few months the number of over-the-counter hearing aids has increased greatly. As soon as I opened the box for this device, I was inclined to like it. It comes with its own USB charger and many other devices don't, making you guess at which charger to use. The manual was written by someone who understands English. The incomprehensibility of many other manuals makes me want to get rid of the device even before trying it. So, now that I'm well disposed toward the product, lets read the manual and try it. One thing in the manual required looking at everything in the box to understand. The manual talks about replacing the wax guard and doesn't say a word about what the wax guard is. In a small plastic bag there's a piece of paper that says wax guard, and the reason I didn't see the replacement wax guards right away is that they are quite small and embedded in the paper rather than floating free in the plastic bag. When I removed one of the ear domes, I could see the wax guard in the device, a small white insert with small holes to keep earwax from getting into the device. There is no suggestion as to when to replace the wax guard, but I assume you don't have to replace the wax guard until after you've used the hearing aids for a while. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to put the hearing aid into my ear so that it stays there properly. Therefore I can't really assess how the device sounds. Even so, everything else about this device makes me think it is a cut above other devices I have seen in the same price range.

Tumin Rechargeable Hearing Aids for Seniors, Completely-in-Canal Hearing Amplfier for Hearing Loss, Noise Cancelling Portable Hearing Assist with Drop-Proof Case, New Ergonomic and Invisible... and my thoughts. Well, invisible would be clear, right? This is a good amplifier that is not really noticeable, and it would not matter if it were. They say both hearing and and amplifier here but it is just the latter, although it is a good one. Used in the food court at the mall, you can more easily hear people's comments on the food before you buy it, hear people in lines chattering about things you don't need to know, and other such scenarios are good with this amplifier. Noise-canceling is pretty good although it does create a bit of noise for you itself with higher frequencies but it is not constant or in every situation. It fits well, but your ears are not mine! Its rechargeability is superb, holds the charge well, and Easy to control, well made, nothing really bad about this in my book! It does the amplifier job well, the hearing aid part is not executed because that is a different product and is only listed in the title perhaps as a keyword to gain more attention here, but it is, indeed, good at amplifying. I can recommend it as a good amplifier.
