They do work as amplifiers and help with hearing loss. That said, there is frequent feedback if they’re not perfectly placed in the ear. Keeping them perfectly positioned is difficult to do if you’re moving around a lot. When sitting still, they work considerably better. The Bluetooth pairs quickly and works well. The sound quality overall is fair. They do not sound anything like my AirPods, however the amplified sound is understandable when it comes to conversation, or watching TV. At this price point, these are an acceptable solution for mild to moderate hearing loss. One big drawback however is the battery life. 6.5-7 hours is the maximum operating time. 2-3 hours is the necessary charging time. I will update with any developments, both good and bad, should they occur. Update; The seller reached out to me and wanted to make my purchase of this product completely satisfying. I was offered a complete refund for my purchase since I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. For this reason, I am upgrading my review to 5 stars, due to the excellent customer service experience from this Amazon seller!!! 😄 I am also giving my full recommendation of this product, as I am fully convinced you cannot go wrong with making a purchase from this Amazon store!!! 😄

The wireless hearing aids are comfortable to wear, lightweight, and don't tire the ears, making them suitable for extended use. The sound is amplified clearly and naturally, with good noise suppression, allowing you to hear conversations even in noisy environments. A single charge provides a long usage time, with excellent battery life.

An immediate difference! Very easy to pair to other devices. Sound is good quality when paired for TV or music. Customer service responds to emails very quickly. Would have given 5 stars, however, still having difficulties adjusting the sound levels. Worth the price for OTC hearing aids.

So far the hearing aids/Bluetooth ear buds are exactly what I've been looking for. The instructions were a little ambiguous but I finally figured everything out and haven't had further problems. The battery seems to last awhile and charges pretty quick. I can actually hear clearly while on the cell and person to person, even at Walmart. I've worn traditional hearing aids and remember having to hassle with adjusting the volume, etc. but so far I haven't had any problems with that. The price is great, packaging was great, delivery time was great, and as far as I'm concerned the hearing aids are great. I'd recommend them.

They are adequate. But the description is misleading. The description mentions three volume levels AND three noise filtering settings. No, it has three level settings of noise filtering, which may reduce the volume as that also reduces the noise. Three settings, that's it. But the volume for the hearing assist itself cannot be controlled. They are adequate earbuds. But they are technically not hearing aids in the medical sense, there is no adjustment for frequency range loss, no equalization possible. They are the modern equivalent of ear tubes of a century ago or pocket amplifiers that were popular 50 years ago. Don't get your hopes up. There is a 15 or 16 page booklet which does a good job of spreading minimal information over many pages. The accompanying picture is the extent of the instructions on how to control volume and noise control, supposedly six different settings, but there are only three. I haven't decided whether to return them or not. I would prefer an apple setup, if only because they come close to being true hearing aids and not merely hearing amplifiers with a bit of noise filtering. Except that I don't have an Apple phone and cannot use them.

I've been wearing hearing aids 40 years due to childhood chemo therapy an have tried pretty much all of the prescription brand names. Currently I am wearing an equivelant OTC brand which I thought was pretty good, but at this point in life, nothing will repair my hearing, so I've been experimenting. This is my 3rd or 4th attempt at finding a back up, and to my surprise, these actually work! They pair and stream flawlessly to my phone with super clarity. My TV's speaker is only on one side, but I can hear it no matter where I am now, and feel I am aware of voices and sounds direction- wise now. The only complaint I have is I can't figure out how to increase the volume, but have contacted the company. I just can't figure out how to increase the volume, but have contacted the company for help.
