These hearing aids work great but one of them just stopped working, I don't know why it worked when I got them, but this the 2nd time I buy these, first time one of them stopped working also was hoping it was an isolated thing but nope it happened again so I guess I'll be looking for a better outcome in other brands. My 4 stars is because the one that works is great so far.

Got them for my grandfather, He tends to be forgetful at times, so I wanted to make sure we had a backup plan. Much to my relief, these hearing aids have been working well for him so far. This hearing aid has clear sound quality, and can be heard more clearly during conversations without having to repeat it too often. It is comfortable and stable to wear, and will not fall off easily. They are acceptable. Got them for my father. Before, he’d often complain that hearing aids would amplify every little clatter, but these seem to focus more on the voices and key noises he needs to hear. That’s definitely a big plus in my book. As for setup, it’s been super easy: just charge them up and pop them in. Grandpa isn’t tech-savvy, so I was worried he’d be confused about how to operate them.

It filters out background noise, allowing grandma to hear more clearly and naturally when communicating with family or watching TV. The magnetic charging box is very simple to operate, and Grandma can easily complete the charge herself. The charging case is small and light, which makes it easy for her to carry when she goes out.
