the performance of these hearing aids is ok but the charging is very difficult one charging cord did not work from the onset the other one is now acting up 12 hours charge results in less then 4 hrs of performance i am very unhappy with this purchase and think something should be done

The controls were difficult to use. The constant whistling was horrible. When it actually functioned, the sound was tinny. I have not been able to wear them because they have not allowed better hearing.

These hearing aids work great but one of them just stopped working, I don't know why it worked when I got them, but this the 2nd time I buy these, first time one of them stopped working also was hoping it was an isolated thing but nope it happened again so I guess I'll be looking for a better outcome in other brands. My 4 stars is because the one that works is great so far.

They made everything louder, except voices were muddled, sounding like they were speaking with cotton in their mouths. Terrible with my poor hearing I can hear better without these hearing aids.

I bought this hearing aid for my grandma and she said it was comfortable to wear and she didn't feel uncomfortable. It filters out background noise, allowing grandma to hear more clearly and naturally when communicating with family or watching TV. The magnetic charging box is very simple to operate, and Grandma can easily complete the charge herself. The charging case is small and light, which makes it easy for her to carry when she goes out. The setup and adjustment were very intuitive, and Grandma was soon able to operate on her own with the help of her family.

I wrote the same review one time but it has suspiciously disappeared .... ! These are not not hearing aids they are amplifiers only and pretending they are something different doesn't make them something different. The contact phone number inside the manual is disconnected and the company will not not respond to many emails. You'd be better off to send your money directly to me.... at least I would thank you ! They won't even do 'that' .. !
