This a great set of sockets, solid build and quality. Very easy to read markings and very durable storage containers. I do recommend reading the description very close and match what the advertising is showing. The set I bought was correct, but the picture advertised shows a set with ratchet that isn't included and many more items. Beware of this issue. Thought was purchasing a 68 piece set and received a 38pcs set. Overall they are excellent, but ended u buying the ratchet and other pieces from an another retailer due to this. I was missing a socket after opening the kit initially, but within two emails to support and a couple shots of the issue they had a new one sent out. My respects to the great support the Neiko team has and after using the set for the last few months almost everyday that these are solid, professional pieces of kit that are worth way more then the give cash. I will be a repeat customer.

Update: 2/24/18 - I've owned this set for two years now, I have put this set through everything imaginable. I see they have updated the case and design a little, good for them! As you can see from the pictures, the set is well loved. The black tape is so I can easily tell which side is upright when opening the case. Unfortunately a thief stole my impact drill along with the one missing socket, but what can you do. This set has exceeded all expectations. I have torqued some of these sockets hard enough to flex a 36" breaker bar. This is quality, the fittings are snug and do not strip bolts. The insides of the sockets are still true and are not marred/disformed from constant use. The rust shown is only from me using the crap out of it, in the rain and in the snow, the set still works perfectly from day 1. I may have to buy another set just to replace the one socket. Original Review: The moment this set arrived it was instantly put to use. Already love having the utility of having a complete ratchet set, very versatile. I was a little annoyed that the pieces were scattered everywhere when I first opened the box and the sides were nicked up. Probably poor shipping handling, not the manufacturers fault. Tools are meant to take a beating anyway so no biggie

Upon first look these appear to be quality made impact sockets. The case is cheap, but not an issue. They are clean and have easy to read sizes on them. I am not a mechanic and I expect these to last a lifetime for my DIY and personal use around the house and in the garage. Best part, I almost bought an 11 piece SAE 1/2" drive at a big box store for $50. This is a much better value. Just the adapters alone are $30 for the 3 pieces at big box stores.

So when u open the case, impact sockets are all over the place and def not where u put them into their corresponding holders on your last session. I had a piece of 3/8 thick foam floating around that I cut to size and put over the top of everything, then closed. Next time I opened it, everything was in perfect order. Otherwise, great set for the bread you'll spend. Keep in mind, there's no wrenches- only impact sockets and an extension or 2. Good luck.

Great set, has mostly everything you need for most possible encounters on various job locations/types. Now the trick is not losing any sockets and yelling at people to put the sockets back when they are done using them lol (goodluck). I dont have much to compare the sockets to, but they seem pretty high quality and the extension/adapters dont hurt. very nice neat simple set of sockets for an OK price 40-50$ for a socket set like this seems pretty fair I guess. Used them already to remove some stubborn bolts off my 2003 sport trac (rear shock mount, and U bolt bracket for rear axle) (wanted to change the plate since old one was getting worn), did the job just fine. No complaints other than I wish they were labeled better (hard to see sizes)

very handy versatile set nice to have 3/8 and 1/2 sae and metric all together the only thing i found strange is the 10mm is 1/2 inch drive {really}?? i put a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter in it

I ordered these in June 2018. It's now Feb 2023 and I finally decided to write a review. I have been using these as my go to impact sockets on the job as an industrial maintenance tech. The case isn't top notch, but 4 years later i'm still using it. One locking tab broke off at some point, but it still works fine. The 1/2 inch drive sockets, I usually use with the 1400ft-lbs m18 fuel from milwuakee in the picture. Sometimes stronger pnuematic impacts. After an exceptionally rough job removing and reinstalling a main shaft assembly from a die cutter, I checked the square drive end of my 3/4 socket and it's finally starting to round a bit at the corners from the abuse. Thought I took that picture, but i'll upload it later. Edit: uploaded. My final thought is this. This kit, for the price, will have lasted me 5 years soon and quite possibly well beyond in a heavy use environment. I recommend.
