The most pleasant surprise was the comfort of wearing the hearing aids. The silicone earplugs were soft and snug, and my ears didn't feel swollen or painful throughout the show. The sound quality was also very good, which made me even more immersed. I picked these hearing aids up for my dad, and they’ve been a total hit. He’s tried a few others before, but they were either uncomfortable, too complicated, or didn’t deliver on sound quality. My dad can hear the TV at a normal volume now, even when the grandkids are running around making noise in the background. Excellent hearing aids at a reasonable price. The previous set lasted about a year and required replacing. That is disappointing but since one failed and now we have a spare! The reason for the two stars is in spite these aids work well there are NO REPLACEMENT TUBES available!! These hearing tubes get contaminated and eventually cannot be cleaned and must be replaced. Now, they make these tubes to make the aids work and they must be able to make extra tubes for spares. This update is to emphasize there are no hearing tubes available but there is no cleaning kit included nor available! I guess we are expected to buy a whole new hearing aid set when the tubes get plugged with ear wax. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092QQSBMH?ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details&th=1 will fit and work.
