I contacted the seller and they immediately put a new lampshade in the mail to me. It arrived a few days ago and when I put it on my lamp, my lamp is now perfect. These lamps are so beautiful they look like art on my night stands. When you walk in the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, the lamps add an artful WOW factor to the room.
