On the plus side, the Vivitone Hearing Aids had a 5-star rating - which helped in deciding to put purchase them; they are affordably priced; they came with a $50 coupon (extremely helpful); and, they were delivered overnight. They’re charging right now, so I cannot comment on the time required for charging; their effectiveness in improving my hearing; the quality of sound; their ability to filter out background noise; whether or not whistling occurs; or, the ease in adjusting volume. I am hoping for the best. On the downside, accessories provided include a USB cable - but no charger. I’m in my mid-70s and am NOT techie. I can only imagine the frustration for an elderly, non-techie to discover there is no charger. The whole package should have included a charger with instructions. The hearing aids did not come ready to use. They should have come with at least enough of a charge for the consumer to try them out. At the very least, inserts should have included a disclaimer advising that a 2-hour charge is required. Also, the User Manual should explain On & Off instructions BEFORE volume control and mode switching. For me, these Hearing Aids are a replacement for the high-end and very expensive aids I have worn for 10+ years. I am retired and need to carefully manage my monetary resources. This is a big purchase for me. I hope that manufacturer support will be as promised, that the manufacturer’s warranty and the warranty I purchased through Amazon will protect my devices, and that time will prove I I made a wise choice.

Hearing devises work very well. Voices really clear in standard mode. With 5 levels of standard settings for volume. My volume level is set to 1 and can hear perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. I just got these hearing aids at Christmas I am so happy with them. They fit very well in the channel of my ears. You can press the aid button 5 times in order to adjust the volume that you need. it comes with several assessories, hearing aids case that recharges itself. Has extra Cerumen caps, ear domes. usb cable and a easy manual to read. They fix perfect in my ear. Now when I'm out at Restaurants I can adjust my hearing by tapping my aid. These are hearing aids works better than amplifiers. I highly recommend them. The price is great!!
