Review These are easily a 10/10 for me and my favorite slippers I’ve ever owned. I wear them every single day, inside and outside, all year long, and they have held up incredibly well. The soles look a little worn and gross from all that use, but the actual slippers still look almost brand new. They are so comfortable that sometimes I forget I even have them on, and my feet never get that unpleasant slipper smell that I’ve experienced with so many other pairs. I will only buy this slipper from now on. Detail I have put these through serious everyday use, including wearing them outdoors and throughout both summer and winter. Despite how much I wear them, the outside still looks remarkably good. The soles definitely show the mileage, but that is purely cosmetic and makes sense considering how often they leave the house. The comfort is what keeps me reaching for them every day. They are soft, supportive, and comfortable enough that I can wear them for hours without thinking about my feet. The lack of that typical musty slipper smell is another major plus, especially with a pair that gets worn this frequently. Genuinely love these slippers, I’ve tried so many others and they’re just not the same! I’m already on my second pair (I had the first one for quite some time, I just wanted another pair since I wore them out a few times and wanted to have one exclusively for my house) even after a few years they’re still comfy and have great arch support. They stay pretty soft. They have a hard bottom with traction (which has saved me from slipping multiple times) whereas other slippers are sloppy and ruin easy. This is my second pair and I love them dearly! The shearling is extremely plush and at first it seems like I got the wrong size, but from the last pair I know that the shearling will compress a bit with wear so I have no worries. I wanted an indoor pair of slippers for my new home and I needed to be sure that they were easy to slip on. I've also had issues with a toenail and these provide it both with ventilation and they don't put any pressure on it. During the heat of summer I didn't want to wear a full slipper so these are perfect. Color is awesome but I had hoped that a deep blue would have been in stock.. Yay!! I received my slippers today and they are just what I wanted for around the house and the outside patio. They're very comfy! I need slippers because my hardwood floors and tile is too hard on my feet and these are perfect to protect my feet.

The Best Slippers

These slippers are by far the best I have ever purchased. I have gone through about 4 of them throughout the years and I keep repurchasing. First of all slipping into these the first time is like a fluffy paradise for your feet. I got a size bigger and it’s worked out for me but I have a wider foot than most, if you have a narrow slender foot I would not size up because these may feel tight at first but will contour to your foot. Everything about them is perfect for me and they are very cute. They are super soft and comfortable, I have never had trouble walking with them, with other slippers they feel heavy and “clog” like or too thin with no support. These are light and have a good cushion. How long they last depends on how often you wear them. My first pair I would only wear them for a few hours at night after work and they lasted me a year. When I wear them everyday all day, they last about 6 months before they get some wear and tear that do not make them as comfortable. I don’t mind, I wait for sales and purchase them every time. I have got both cream and gray colors and their both great but the cream will show any stains right away so you have to be on top of it cleaning them. I have never tired to wash them but I have spot cleaned them with dish soap and water and the fresh stains come out right away. I could not recommend these enough, just buy them. ... show more

Not up to brand standards

These slippers look beautiful and appear of high quality as with all the shoes I've had from the Fireside line. My family and I have purchased several styles over the years and found them all to be of excellent quality and durability. That said, these shoes, while comfortable, started out almost too wide for my not really narrow feet and now in less than 1 month have stretched out to the point they are becoming dangerous for me to wear. I purchased them to replace another brand's shearling slippers that had finally stretched out too much after nearly 3 years. Generally running around the house today doing some odd chores I have nearly fallen twice because the shoes are too loose. Luckily I'm light on my feet! And older, less spry person might have a problem. Another strange feature is that the wool on the insoles has already started to flatten out and show wear. Rather than the expected revealed sheepskin leather - you know that the wool grows out of - there is a strange white woven fabric. It does appear the insoles are lined with real wool so I'm not quite sure how they've achieved this, but it doesn't appear to be durable at all. I guess that explains why they are also a bit sweaty . All in all, they are pretty but I would not purchase them again and will probably have to give these away soon. ... show more
