This was labeled “2 day prime delivery”. The first one took 10 days to be delivered and required call a customer service for that to happen. When it appeared the post office has lost track of it, I was advised to order a new one. That one too was labeled ”2 day prime delivery” but took closer to a week to be delivered. I see now they’re admitting that and it is labeled appropriately. The umbrella itself is doing good job. I ordered it to provide some shade for my second floor condo patio door. So far so good.

this is a very nice umbrella, however it will easily top over with the slightest wind if you have the umbrella in the bent position.
