I’m extremely happy with the 15ft Large Patio Umbrella. It’s the perfect addition to our backyard. The assembly is straightforward, took me about 1 hour to finish it. I bought 3 bags (50 ibs each) of sands from Home Depot and make it very sturdy. The double-sided rectangular design provides ample shade, easily covering our outdoor patio—ideal for sunny days relaxing on the lawn. Overall, this umbrella offers excellent value for its size and quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space with something both practical and attractive!

This is my 2nd time buying this umbrella. I really liked the first one, it held up well in coastal wind and provided great shade. But after two years, a part inside the pole just mysteriously fell apart and I couldn’t fix it. I want to give it another shot. Unfortunately, the second one I received arrived with the cord disconnected so the umbrella couldn’t open. I contacted the seller, and they kindly sent a third replacement. But the third one also came with problems: the crank handle popped off when I opened it, and it wouldn’t lock in place. When I let go, the umbrella would collapse dangerously, it could easily hit someone. I reached out again, and the customer service asked me to open up the crank housing and attempt to fix it myself with a video tutorial. Honestly, I didn’t expect to have to take apart a brand new umbrella just to make it work. Now I’m left with two broken umbrellas and one that’s only functional because I tie the crank in place with a string. It’s frustrating. The quality control has left me really disappointed.
