I honestly love it so much! I haven’t even used it for very long yet, but I was so excited that I had to leave a review right away. First of all, shipping was very fast, and the packaging was strong and secure. When we opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised because all the materials felt quite heavy and solid, which immediately gave me confidence that it’s well built. At first I was a little worried about the wind because we live in an area where it can get pretty windy. But I quickly realized the base design is very practical — you can adjust the weight depending on your needs by adding more or less sand to the bags. That made me feel much better about stability. We also plan to insert the umbrella pole through the hole in the middle of our long patio table, so it should work perfectly for our setup. As for the build quality, it’s very nice. The plastic and metal parts are smooth with no rough edges, and everything is designed to fit together easily. My 15-year-old son assembled it in less than 30 minutes, which was impressive. I chose the cyan color. At first glance it looked a bit darker than the photos, but once it was opened under sunlight, it actually looked very close to the pictures. The color is beautiful, and the shade coverage is excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. If anything changes later, I’ll come back and update my review. I also hope the seller might consider offering replacement parts in the future, like replacement canopy fabric. Our previous umbrella lasted several years but the fabric wore out first, and we couldn’t find a replacement, which is why we ended up buying a new one. Highly recommend!😊

To be clear, the base is stable when you fill with 135-150 lbs of sand, but the frame itself slides together on a "track". Unfortunately, the track does not have a bottom 'stopper' so it will slide completely off the corners if not sitting flat. Again, 99% of the time it is sitting flat, but if I had to pick up the base to move it, it will likely come part and have to be 're-slotted'. The umbrella is large (as advertised and looks good when expanded. The lever assembly seems sturdy/well made. Ive had it for one month, so the jury is out on how long it will last. I took the precautionary measures to use WD-40 on the screws that hold the umbrella in place, as I could quickly see some corrosion on the screws. And like most umbrellas, those screws will scratch the pole wihen tightening it down. I put WD-40 on that contact point as well, just to protect it. Overall, a good value for the price I paid.

This 15-ft patio umbrella is exactly what we were looking for. It’s large enough to fully cover our entire sofa seating area, including the table, which makes a huge difference for outdoor comfort. One thing I really like is the design with three umbrella support poles placed side by side, which provides much better stability than a single pole. Even with its large size, the umbrella feels very secure. Installation was easy and straightforward. The instructions were clear, and we were able to assemble it without any issues. Opening and closing this big umbrella is also surprisingly easy and smooth. The frame feels solid and well built, and the fabric is thick, durable, and looks like good quality material. Overall, it feels sturdy, practical, and well made. Highly recommend if you need a large, stable patio umbrella for a seating area.

This is my 2nd time buying this umbrella. I loved the first one, it held up well in our coastal wind and gave great shade. Unfortunately, after two years a part inside the pole broke and I couldn’t repair it. I decided to give it another try. The 2nd one arrived with a disconnected cord and couldn’t open. The seller was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement. But the 3rd umbrella also had issues-the crank handle popped off and wouldn’t stay in place. I had to secure it with a string to make it usable. While the product quality has been frustrating, I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer service team has been. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. That level of support definitely deserves recognition. I’m giving four stars for the excellent service. I do hope their quality control improves in the future. When this 3rd one eventually gives out, I’d still consider buying from them again. That's how much I liked the design and how much I appreciate their service.
