Stylish Shade That Delivers Smart Performance
Color: Blue & Green Stripe
I bought the Blissun 9′ Outdoor Patio Umbrella this spring to pair with my backyard table, and it’s quickly become a favorite feature of my outdoor setup. Below is my experience and honest thoughts: What Stands Out: Spacious Coverage: The 9-foot diameter provides solid shade over my 48″ patio table, keeping everyone cool even in the midday sun. According to Blissun’s specs, it’s ideal for tables between 42"–54". Shelter & Shade +1 Easy Operation: With a smooth crank mechanism, I can open and close it effortlessly. The push-button tilt works well too — I adjust the angle to track the sun without any struggle. Bliss Un Umbrella Wind Vent: The vented canopy lets air escape, which helps reduce lift in breezy moments and adds to the umbrella’s stability. Bliss Un Umbrella Sturdy Build: The frame features 8 ribs and a powder-coated aluminum pole, giving a good mix of strength and rust resistance. Bliss Un Umbrella +1 Good Fabric: The canopy is made from polyester that’s water-resistant and offers some UV protection — great for long days outside. YODOLLA Great Value: Compared to other market umbrellas, this one feels very reasonably priced for the size, build quality, and features. ShopSavvy even gave it props for value. ShopSavvy Drawbacks to Consider: Fading Concerns: The polyester fabric is not solution-dyed, so some users mention the color may fade faster than more premium materials. Trend Hawks Pole Strength in Wind: A few reviews warn that the pole can bend or flex in stronger gusts. If you live in a particularly windy area, you’ll want to make sure you have a heavy base and close the umbrella when not in use. Trend Hawks Must Buy a Stand Separately: The umbrella doesn’t include a base, so you’ll need to make sure you choose a suitably weighted one (ShopSavvy even recommends at least 90 lb for the best stability). ShopSavvy Bottom Line: If you want a stylish, functional, and affordable umbrella for your patio, deck, or garden table, the Blissun 9′ Outdoor Patio Umbrella is a fantastic choice. It’s easy to use, gives generous shade, and the tilt + crank system is a major plus. Just make sure to secure it properly with a good base — and you’ll be enjoying your outdoor space in comfort all season long.

5 Stars – Excellent shade and value for the price
Color: Black & White Stripe
I bought the Blissun 9’ Outdoor Patio Umbrella for our backyard table and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The 9-foot canopy gives solid coverage over a standard 48” table and four chairs, keeping everyone comfortable even during the hottest part of the day. The fabric feels durable—waterproof and UV-resistant polyester that doesn’t let much sun through. Opening and closing is effortless with the smooth crank, and the push-button tilt makes it easy to adjust the angle as the sun moves. The 8-rib frame and powder-coated pole feel sturdy enough for everyday use, and the air vent helps with stability in light breeze. Setup was simple, it looks clean and modern, and for the price it’s hard to beat. We’ve used it regularly this season and it’s holding up well. Highly recommend if you need reliable patio shade without spending a fortune.

Good fit and works well
Color: TAN
I was in need of replacing an old patio umbrella but balked at the prices out there for anything decent. This one popped up on sale so I thought I'd give it a shot. The color I wanted was available and it fit fine into my current patio setup. It's a bit taller than I'm used to but the quality is top notch and opening/closing it workes seamlessly. Here's hoping for decent longevity.

Sturdy umbrella
Color: TAN
I would have given this five stars but I haven't had it long enough to see if it fades. The metal pole and the mechanisms are very sturdy. The fabric is thin but not too thin like some of those really cheap Umbrellas. Fabric is lightweight, but a very good quality look. So many colors to choose from and I choose one that was kind of a light beige. Very nice umbrella, especially for the price. So far if my yard required more umbrellas I would buy another one.

2 Years and 2 Months, Up Year ‘Round, Sun, Rain or Snow, Still Going Strong…
Color: Light Blue
I bought this umbrella two years and two months and 9 days ago, and it’s still holding up well. If I wanted to take better care of it, I would put it away in the winter time, but I like the snow protection, because I like to use my deck and BBQ all year around. Of course, there is a natural bit of fading, our summers get over 100°, winters can drop below zero, snow can get very deep, over a foot sometimes (in those cases, I lower it and knock the snow off). From underneath, there are a few little wrinkly-looking spots, (not actually wrinkly, though), maybe an inch or two long, 1/8 or less wide, in just a few areas here and there that may be wearing thinner. That comes from my use of it. The way I treat it, I might expect to want to buy one next year or the year after that. If I put it away in the winter time, or covered it when not in use, I would easily at least double the life of it. When there are going to be high winds, and I’m aware of it, then I lower it down, but it has held up at least in 20 mile an hour winds. Of course, it’s smart to lower it, even cover it if you’re not going to use it, but sometimes I leave things on the table under the umbrella, because I know it will protect them. So I very rarely lower it down. If it has a heavy snow load, I will lower it to knock it off. Anything over 3 inches of snow, I will probably knock it off. Because it is kept affordable, I recommend it. I did buy a second one to use for a different area in my yard that will get less usage, so it will be lowered more often. But I also think of sun fade, and if I want it to fade evenly, then it’s better to leave it up…or lower and cover it. Where to lower it at not cover it, I would expect it to develop stripes over time from uneven sun fade, as is obvious, but something people overlook and then complain about (totally their fault). There’s a novel idea, lowering and covering it, but not something I do, so up it stays 99% of the time. Lowering it down and covering it would, of course, extend the life of it even further. All the mechanisms are properly made, the pole is sturdy and tilts; it’s not some rinky-dink, cheap pole or mechanism. You can rely on it. And I love the 2 colors I bought (they are out of sight of each other, though they would be complementary). You will need an umbrella stand…I had a neighbor that didn’t seem to understand this concept, and twice I pulled her umbrella out of the street after a little wind, because she would leave it up and did not have a stand. That basically makes it a wind sail. A good one is worth the price. Buy a good one. It’s no place to skimp. And it’s how will you attach it to that stand that matters. If I didn’t have the type of stand I have, (a good, vintage steel plate with the post to receive the umbrella post, and bolts with wing nuts to secure it) I would have the heavy stand, but I would drill into the stand (apparently not all stands actually have a hole for this, and put a screw or bolt in on 2 sides, and it won’t be able to fly up and out of it. I’ve seen people put their umbrella in the stand, but not actually secure the two together by bolting through the receiving post and the umbrella post, and tightening it down so the bolt can’t fall out, and then they wonder why their umbrella flew away. The stand can’t hold your umbrella down unless you lock the two together. Hence the bolts or screws. I know, it should go without saying, but then again…we all see the complainers who don’t get it. And theoretically, one could use anything that is wider than the hole in the table (if that’s your application) where you put the post that can be securely locked onto the bottom of the post is enough to keep it from flying away, even if it were lightweight, as long as it didn’t come off, and wouldn’t fly up and potentially be hard enough with a high force wind to break a glass tabletop. A fairly flat (1/4”-1/2”) circular solid steel umbrella base with the flange is best. It’s heavy, and one can tip the umbrella stand and roll it on the edge to relocate it, and there’s no clunky, bulky base full of sand or water to interfere with where your feet go when you stretch your legs. Plus, those bulky plastic ones seem to crack and break on people. As long as these stay affordable, I’ll keep recommending them, and would definitely buy them as a gift, or to have more of them in my large yard. I like having different spots to hang out.

Great price great quantity many options available
Color: Black & White Stripe
Great umbrella and price!! Good for sun protection. The umbrellas have a tilting feature. Colors don’t fade ( Az sun) I’ve had them for two summer seasons and they’re still in good condition. Bought two more due to the monsoon winds my umbrella base wasn’t heavy enough and damaged the umbrella. Umbrella do well with being in the pool without having rust damage. Black & white purchased. Umbrellas come with a cover for storage. Wish they would have included a dark green with stripes!!

Great umbrella that adds a resort feel to my back yard.
Color: Navy Blue
If you are looking for a sturdy and durable umbrella. I use to shade my back porch from the heat. They look great and are tilt and adjustable with a tilting top. Great size for patio and well made.

We got 2. One was ok, one was broke.
Color: TAN
We ordered 2 of these. One was fine. The other won’t open all the way, and it won’t stay straight. The picot point where it tilts to one side is broke and it just falls to that side and won’t open all the way.
