These are very good umbrellas. The way we look at it, by the time the wind and birds have their way with patio umbrellas, we will probably want to replace them every year no matter what. We ordered 2 of these. One was fine. The other won’t open all the way, and it won’t stay straight. The picot point where it tilts to one side is broke and it just falls to that side and won’t open all the way.

I purchased two of these last summer and I sprayed them with a waterproofing and uvb protectant they seem to hold up well and the summer I have just purchased three more. The mechanisms held up well and seemed to be of higher quality than others at the same price point. I’m happy to find these on sale and I think worth it for $39 and if it lasts for a couple of summers, that’s great. I think I get more out of them by spraying them with the outdoor fabric spray and then added value with the mechanism. The tilting the handle crank all in good order. I will continue to buy these. I will note that I purchase the light tan because I feel I have the best opportunity for failing not to be as noticeable. I do spray it with the UVAUVB spray, but these are in complete full sun and at this price point, I wouldn’t be thinking they’re going to last forever in the sun. ... show more

According to Blissun’s specs, it’s ideal for tables between 42"–54". Shelter & Shade +1 Easy Operation: With a smooth crank mechanism, I can open and close it effortlessly. The push-button tilt works well too — I adjust the angle to track the sun without any struggle. Bliss Un Umbrella Wind Vent: The vented canopy lets air escape, which helps reduce lift in breezy moments and adds to the umbrella’s stability. Bliss Un Umbrella Sturdy Build: The frame features 8 ribs and a powder-coated aluminum pole, giving a good mix of strength and rust resistance.
