Really happy with this bench. It gives me several workout options without needing a bunch of extra equipment, which is exactly what I wanted for home workouts. It doesn’t take up too much space and feels like a good choice for beginners. Assembly was pretty straightforward too.

This is the most uncomfortable weight bench I have ever used. This bench would be good for maybe a 10 year old girl or a ghost . The leg extension option might as well not be one. The seat narrows and makes the extension awkward and not effective since you can only go half way up. The gap in the middle isn’t good either. The only thing this bench is good for is throwing your clothes on. I despise this purchase. Spend the extra money and be happy you didn’t buy this.
